I’ve visited SVG many times as a business traveler and stayed at another property without issues. This time around I chose Grenadine house since it’s close to my office. The first surprise was finding Bop and Off sitting on the side table. My room was filled with mosquitoes and I wanted to leave the first night. I did not sleep that night. In 2024 a guest finds Bop and Off in their room? Come on guys!! The next morning my colleague sprayed the room upon my pick up and I prayed there won’t be any Boo smell in the room upon my return since I’m allergic to high smelling sprays. Allergies must be taken into consideration before placing insecticides in a hotel room. I was so disappointed to find a room with outdated furniture and decor, old fraying mats on the floor and a cable service that never worked in the 7 nights I stayed there. Suffice it to say, I will not be returning. On my final night I wanted some tea, only to discover there was no adapter to plug the kettle into. Can do better especially for the price. Just disgraceful. Happy to be home!!

We had breakfast on the first day and the breakfast which came with the package wasn’t even enough. We ordered a breakfast from the menu and the paid breakfast portion was just as small. I’ve never seen fruit cut so small and thin in guest service. Maybe something to consider for improvement especially when competing with international standards. Thank you for the hospitality especially to the ladies in room service and the wonderful young ladies at front desk.
