The staff was great, the room was clean. The manager of the facility was very personable and asked guests if everything was good or if they need anything.

I would not recommend staying at the quality inn. It was dirty and outdated and way too expensive for the terrible room. Stains on sheets and towels and dead bugs on the floor.

I would avoid in the future
The place is in dire need of updating. Everything has a dirty feel, it stinks, and the second night when we were getting into beds, we noticed a huge blood stain on the sheet and comforter. It was revolting. They did come and give us new ones pretty quickly, but still left us feeling gross.

Both beds had not been changed since previous guests as evidenced by lots of body hair and dirt. I asked for clean sheets and had to wait in the lobby 15 or 20 minutes before they brought me some, and then I had to change the sheets on the bed myself because they apparently didn't have housekeeping staff available at night. The room key didn't work initially, which meant a very long walk back to the frint desk with luggage to get a new key, which then also didn’t work. Prices were higher than normal for the Memorial Day weekend so they could easily have afforded to give me a partial refund, but they did not offer any. I had to kill two spiders in the room, one which was directly over my head when I woke up. The toilet was sitting on four wood shims and was unstable as you sat on it. Even though the hotel is on the lake, none of its rooms has a lake view, which was disappointing. The free breakfast was not good. The staff was nice but seemed to be overworked, at least at night. The only quality in this hotel is in the name. Glad I only had to spend one night there!

Pool was filled with bugs (indoor pool) floor in the pool room felt like it had never been cleaned. Shower and bathtub facets both turned on and knob didnt work to turn one off. Missing door to the bedroom (picture had a door in it)

Bed was good. Air conditioning unit was working in one room and not working in another room. All rooms had entrance from 2 sides, the inside entrance opens in bathroom. Strange concept and not so comfortable option if house keeping enters from that side. Breakfast was so so..... No eggs
