The hotel room itself was clean. The hotel was in a good location whether its sight seeing, shopping or dining. However all the rooms are so minimastically furnished that it is SOOO inconvenient. For example there is so side tables for the bed so one cannot drink coffee/water and set a cup down without getting up from bed. The room is small too and can become claustrophobic. The hotel nickel and dimes yoou for EVERYTHING. Only 2 pillows provided. Had to ask fro extra. Also minimal towels provided so really so uncomfortable. OK Overall but not built for comfort.

Fantastic hotel in a really great location. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were really helpful. I asked for extra pillows and handwash and they were delivered to the room in less than 10 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and looked quite new. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was very zen! Breakfast options were great! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful also courteous! Love the hotel, would definitely recommend Suggestions: my friend was in room 613, TV was too far from bed, difficult to watch! I was in 614 and it’s perfect for watching! Would be nice if you can get more English programs than the news! Housekeeping needs to check bath soap in shower, it ran out.

It’s a good modern hotel, was not so great for business, only coat hooks for shirt hanging, basin in the room with warm mixer tap for drinking water etc. but i’d stay for a city break as great location.
