Marine Parade is a beautifully refurbished, two-bedroom, ground floor apartment located on the seafront within the pretty Devon fishing village of Budleigh Salterton. This unique holiday home enjoys wonderful, stunning sea views overlooking the pebbled beach and is conveniently just a few yards away from the shoreline, coastal path and a couple of minutes’ walk from the main high street with its quintessential cafés, shops and art galleries. Marine Parade stays surprisingly peaceful for its beachside location and showcases its own private courtyard garden at the back of the property, a private seating area at the front and an allocated parking space.
As you enter the property, head into the spacious hallway which leads to the elegantly furnished living and dining area with a sea view, plenty of comfortable seating, an electric fire, Smart TV and a table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal and the back garden has an attractive patio area and garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining or for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and is south facing with magnificent ocean views, whilst the second bedroom is furnished with a single bed. The spacious family bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a bath, offering the choice of a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.
Budleigh Salterton is a friendly seaside town in East Devon, packed with coastal charm and featuring friendly cafés, independent shops, galleries and a two-mile pebble ridge beach, perfect for sunny days. Set at the beginning of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and located within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area is great for walkers, with access to the South West Coast Path. Venture a short distance away and you’ll find a whole range of attractions such as Bicton Botanical Park, Crealy Great Adventure Park, The World of Country Life in Exmouth and the renowned donkey sanctuary in Sidmouth. Hire bikes from Budleigh Bikes, where you can gain instant access to the National Route 2 Cycle Track. For all-terrain mountain biking, head to Woodbury Common (also a great location for birdwatchers!). During your stay be sure to visit the neighbouring towns of Beer, Sidmouth, Exmouth and Seaton. From here you’re also within easy reach of the cathedral city of Exeter which boasts fantastic shopping, first-class dining and a whole range of attractions.

Well Appointed Budleigh Property
The property is very quiet and comfortable with a location in Budleigh that would be difficult to better. It is opposite the beach with a short walk to the High Street and well positioned for walks round the Otter wetland area. An added bonus is the parking at the front of the property. All the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of hot water with a good pressure (so often a problem in Budleigh). With Budleigh close to other places of interest, it makes for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
