Beautiful sea view and relaxation - All inclusive!

Small apartment (60 sqm.), Inserted in a tourist complex recently built (fraction BirgalavĆ²), with wonderful sea view, about a 3-5 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Agrustos and Budoni. E 'consists of a double bedroom, a room with three beds (one bunk bed and the third pull-out), living room with sofa double bed, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board ...). Air conditioning in all rooms.
If necessary there is an additional bed for children from 0 to 3-4 years.
Complete the apartment a veranda, garden with outdoor shower (even hot water) and a large private parking, closed by a gate.
The apartment is at ground level compared to the courtyard, below is a basement. Entrance is possible from external staircase (shown here) or the backyard (wheelchair accessible and convenient for those with children in strollers or to download luggage, shopping, etc.). The latter can be accessed from the bedrooms.
The area is very quiet (ideal for relaxation), but at the same time close to all services.

The accommodation is clean and airy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. So nice to look at while eating or relaxing . Couldnā€™t have asked for better owners in Francesco & Giuseppina, kept in touch asking us if we enjoying our holiday & if there were any problems. They met us on arrival with homemade cake . And very nice bottle of homemade red wine . They told us about an event that was on in their village, we joined them for it and couldnā€™t have looked after us any better. If you are looking for somewhere nearby there Iā€™d recommended Porto Ottiolu , nice place to sit and watch the world go by either eating ,drinking or having a gelato. Lots of nice coves and beaches along the coast should you wish to take in the sun. The local restaurant symposium is also worth a visit . Many thanks once again Guiseppina & Francesco. Nous avons passĆ© un super sĆ©jour dans ce bel appartement trĆØs fonctionnel pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, trĆØs propre et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©. Il ya tout ce qu'il faut, nous n'avons manquĆ© de rien ! Climatisation dans toutes les piĆØces , bel terrasse avec une trĆØs jolie vue sur la mer. Quartier trĆØs calme, parfait pour une famille. Francesco et Giuseppina sont trĆØs gentils, l'arrivĆ©e et le dĆ©part ne pouvaient pas mieux se passer. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Schƶne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick
Die bisher am besten ausgestattete Ferienwohnung die wir auf Sardinien hatten. Alles sauber, Platz genĆ¼gend vorhanden, Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft 7 Minuten auƟerhalb von Budoni am Hang. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Betten waren entweder zu weich oder zu hart, aber da tickt ja jeder anders. Ach ja, Katzen muss man mƶgen, die besuchen einen gerne auf dem Balkon. Wir mochten die 4 Beiner sehr gerne. Danke Francesco fĆ¼r die schƶne Zeit.

Heel proper appartement...alle voorzieningen(handdoeken,lakens,strandartikelen enz)...kraaknet....prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanop het terras....alles goed uitgelegd door Francesco en zijn vrouw... Zeker komen wij hier terug....1 puntje v kritiek: het matras ligt niet zo goed... Als deze wordt vervangen,een dikke 10 Aldrovandi waldo en cindy

Ringraziamo mille volte per la tua cordialitƠ e la assistenza in qualunque momento. Alora abbiamo avuto vacanze molto riposante. Voi avete provviso per tutto con amore e noi abbiamo provato una sensazione di benessere e altrettanto vostro caro fratello/cognato e sua caro moglie hanno fatto tutto per sentirci bene. Non sappiamo se faremo un viaggio cosƬ lontano nel prossimo anno ma se lo fanno tornermo da voi, da vostra casa accogliente, dalla bella spiaggia a Ottiolu e naturalmente per rivedervi.

Che dire? Una bellissima vacanza in una splendida zona della Nostra amata terra, resa tale anche grazie allā€™appartamento. Una bellissima casa, in una zona strategica, tranquilla e silenziosa, comoda per raggiungere, in pochissimi minuti di auto, sia Budoni, sia il centro di San Teodoro e le sue bellissime spiagge, ma anche tutti gli altri servizi. Un casa pulitissima, con un arredamento molto ricercato e con una fantastica vista sul mare, dotata di tutti i confort e di tutto lā€™indispensabile per trascorrere unā€™ottima vacanza, anche di piĆ¹ rispetto a quello che normalmente si trova in una casa vacanza. La cosa che ci ha colpito di piĆ¹, oltre alla pulizia, e allā€™appartamento in generale, molto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, ĆØ sicuramente lā€™ospitalitĆ  e la premura che ci ĆØ stata riservata dai proprietari, il signor Francesco e la signora Giuseppina. Due persone splendide, disponibili e molto premurose, che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla sin dal nostro arrivo. Consigliamo vivamente questa fantastica casa perchĆ© noi ci torneremo sicuramente. Anzi non vediamo lā€™ora di tornare.

GemĆ¼tliche, toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rundum wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und Ć¼beraus umfassend ausgestattet mit allem, was man fĆ¼r einen schƶnen Urlaub braucht. Die Begegnung mit den EigentĆ¼mern war sehr herzlich und sie waren sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemĆ¼ht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und trotzdem sind in wenigen Fahrminuten die Stadt Budoni, verschiedene Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und wunderschƶne StrƤnde erreichbar. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r alles - wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole presso questo appartamento che in tutto rispecchia quanto illustrato da annuncio e foto. Appartamento pulitissimo ,tranquillo , con una dotazione molto superiore a quanto normalmente previsto nelle case vacanza. I proprietari poi si sono dimostrati molto premurosi ed accoglienti. Sicuramente da consigliare!!!!

Gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Schƶne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage Gold wert. Und das Beste ist der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon!!! Die EigentĆ¼mer sind sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Mille grazie a Francesco, Guiseppina e Luca.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, hat einen groƟen, zum Objekt gehƶrenden Parkplatz, in einer schƶnen Umgebung liegend. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer um das Wohlergehen der GƤste bemĆ¼ht. Es sind mehrere Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten im Umkreis von ca. 2 km vorhanden. Budoni hat einen Traumstrand, der aufgrund des flach abfallenden Wassers auch fĆ¼r Familien geeignet ist. Entfernung mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r Reisen quer Ć¼ber die Insel. The holiday apartment is clean, equipped perfectly, has a big parking bay belonging to the object, in nice surroundings recumbent. The renters take care very friendly and always around the well-being of the guests. Several shopping possibilities exist in the vicinity of approx. 2 km. Budoni has a dream beach which is suitable on account of the level dropping water also for families. Distance by the car approx. 5 min. Mille grazie per tutto e distinti saluti!

La meravigliosa vista mare, la tranquillitĆ  del borgo e soprattutto la disponibilitĆ  dei proprietari, attenti a ogni nostra esigenza e allo stesso tempo molto discreti, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere una vacanza spensierata e rilassante. L'appartamento ĆØ comodo e dotato di tutti i comfort e la sua posizione ĆØ ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillitĆ , ma allo stesso tempo ĆØ vicino a tutti i servizi e alle piĆ¹ belle spiagge della zona. Un bel 10 e lode per la pulizia, degna di un hotel a 5 stelle! Speriamo di ritornare il prossimo anno.

Perfetto!
In coppia abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 10 giorni e siamo stati molto soddisfatti: l'appartamento ĆØ dotato di tutti i comfort, ĆØ nuovo, molto ampio, pulito e curato. Si trova, inoltre, in una zona comoda a tutto, poichĆ© i supermercati sono a pochi minuti d'auto e i centri piĆ¹ grossi (Budoni e S. Teodoro) sono altrettanto vicini, ma allo stesso tempo si puĆ² godere di tranquillitĆ  e di una vista splendida sulla baia di Agrustos. I proprietari, inoltre, si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, accoglienti e molto rispettosi. Ormai siamo dei veterani della Sardegna, ma quest'anno siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, non solo dalla struttura, ma anche dal borgo in cui ĆØ situata. Nella speranza di poterci soggiornare nuovamente, lo consigliamo di certo e calorosamente.

Un grand merci Ć  vous Francesco et Maria Giuseppa pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Votre gĆ©nĆ©rositĆ© nous a beaucoup marquĆ©e. Et quelle Ć©motion au moment de vous quitter. Nos vacances chez vous ont Ć©tĆ© une rĆ©ussite. La maison a comblĆ© nos attentes. Propre, bien Ć©quipĆ©e, confortable, elle a aussi le mĆ©rite d'ĆŖtre situĆ©e dans un lieu calme et pourtant peu Ć©loignĆ©e de l'animation du bord de mer. Et quelle vue Ć  l'horizon ! Le parfum des pins, l'horizon "azzurre", la visite en soirĆ©e du gecko, les pĆ¢tisseries et le mirto, tout comme le soleil radieux nous manquent beaucoup.
