La struttura si trova in un area vicina a belle spiagge raggiungibili con la macchina. La spiaggia piu' vicina si puo' raggiungere anche a piedi ma non è vicinissima. L'appartamento è tutto sommato buono all'interno ma è in una struttura piuttosto congestionata senza molta riservatezza e privacy (il giardino è di passaggio praticamente per tutti e il patio privato dell'appartamento non ha nessun tipo di privacy. Zona piuttosto rumorosa anche fino a notte fonda data da altri appartamenti vicini e senza regole chiare sugli orari da mantenere. Buono probabilmente per ragazzi o soggiorni brevi ma per una famiglia con bambini c'e' troppa confusione. La spazzatura è mal gestita: il comune non raccoglie la spazzatura non perfettamente suddivisa lasciandola accumulare e la proprietà non interviene per eliminarla nel passaggio da un ospite all'altro. La mancanza di acqua potabile (neanche bollita) è un handicap importante.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Partiti malissimo: non volevano darci le lenzuola nonostante fossero elencate tra i servizi. Alla fine ci vengono date dicendo che sono umide perché appena lavate... Puzzavano! Abbiamo dovuto rilavarle! Il frigo non raffreddava. La porta della doccia era rotta e il lavandino del bagno perdeva acqua. La TV inutilizzabile perché la presa rientrava nel muro. Piatti sbeccati. Pentole antiaderenti graffiate e quindi inadoperabili. Mare bellissimo.
