I took a chance even though the reviews were terrible and I regretted it. First and last time staying here. The building is very outdated and the rooms had so many issues and broken things. The service was also terrible and inconsistent e.g. one employee was able to give me extra towels while another employee the next day told me that he would have to charge me for an extra towel because I only registered for 2 guests and did not register my toddler--so ridiculous! What's even more ridiculous is the fact that they ran out of towels so I was given 2 pool towels instead. There was also no way of reaching the staff unless I went physically to the front desk as my phone was not working and there were no labels on the phone anyway for anything like front desk/room service, etc. Bottomline: I don't recommend this hotel. Yes it's cheap but with so many issues, I would've gladly paid extra for a better hotel with adequate WORKING & CLEAN amenities and helpful/amicable staff.

Staff was great. But we noticed a lot of wrong things in our room. Our room didn’t have a lock so we had to put a sofa in front of the door so no one can come in. Once we got in the room we noticed the sink in the bathroom had a lot of hair like someone shaved before we got there. We had no hot water. The linen for the bed was bloody and stained. Curtains had stains. And we noticed that our bed was broken.

The staff was nice and helpful. But the room itself was not good. When we got in we had to open the door and balcony door to vent out paint fumes that stung our sinuses. It was around or after midnight when we got it so we were very tired. Once fumes vented we went to bed. All of us woke up coughing because overnight the walls off gassed more and it was back to the same paint smell. Don’t recommend one bit. Pay a bit more and stay basically anywhere else but here. Would not recommend to anyone. Cleanliness is sub par. Once daylight hit the room it looked pretty bad. The photo portion won’t let me upload photos but this place looked old and had oily head stains on the head board. Boogers on the wall near towel hook and looked run down with a fresh coat of paint to mask the outdated room

1- I didn't like the closed gym that the website says open and otherwise closed. 2- the phone 📞 no line room service did not work! Me and my wife needed clean towels. 3 - There are no towels to use in the pool. 4 - the bathroom shower does not close completely! there was noise 5- You have to check out at 11:00 am and in the lobby the person was at lunch and they helped me 17 minutes later. thank you I clarify the hotel, the pool is very good, I liked it, the points are to improve customer service.

I like the property. Kid friendly. Pool is nice. Elevator works ok. Was just one working. But the gym and kitchen was under construction and I wasn’t advised of that and got charge for a towel because juice was on it. Didn’t really have paper towels to clean areas. But it was okay. I give it a 3 out of 5
