Please please please if you are coming from out of town do not go here! the property is beautiful but soon as you get in your room you will be tricked! My tv chair and sofa was broken. Lamp in the bathroom was broken I had no garbage can in my room and I paid an extra fee just to check in early to a room that wasn’t even finished. I asked for another room they didn’t have one available. Then I extended my stay only for the convience of this property location and got charged a deposit fee again. Horrible I would have much rather have stayed at the motel 6. Looks can definitely be deceiving!

Good price
The price was great and we were close to Knott's. The property does seem to be in the middle of some repairs but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The sofa bed mattress is very thin and old I would not recommend planning on sleeping on that. The couch itself is much more comfortable.

The room was spacious and would have fit us comfortably. I was told at check in that there was no dining on property and I thought there was breakfast available. The air did not go past 76 degrees. It was 72 degrees outside and warmer than in the room. The pull out sofa had no sheets and when I called on the phone without any labels, was told I needed to go downstairs to pick up anything. I went down to the front desk and got towels and asked for sheets but had none. They gave me 2 blankets that were covered in foam. The bathroom had mold all over the shower and ceiling and the shower head was broken. It was 2 am and I was not going to call and complain or move rooms. Kids screaming at the pool at 11pm made it difficult the 2nd night we just wanted to sleep and go home. Everyone I met was polite but I would not stay again.

Front desk lady was nice and polite, but Main TV in the room did not work and there was nobody on site to come address this. There were no sheets in the room for the pull out bed and when I went to the lobby to ask, they said they had none. Only two towels in the room for five people.

I got the worst night sleep. It sounded like we were in room next to kids only, who were up and loud til 230am. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone in the room did not work. It was close to Knotts which was nice. The hotel felt a bit run down too

This property was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in dirty socks left in the room & candy left behind the door. I would remove this place from ur website. Close to Knott’s berry farm was the only good thing it has.

Checking in and the front desk guy was super nice . The room was nice as well , but it smelled dusty , and mold on base boards . There was a roach in the first walk in room . What made me frustrated is the pull out couch didn’t even have sheets or anything for it so had to grab everything from the bed to used . I would stay there again but would ask last time jt was cleaned first . They aren’t freshly clean and that’s very obvious

The property and room was absurdly dirty. I also had to have the roomkey reset every night to get my room door to open. The front desk workers are impossible to find in the evenings. Terrible experience. Never staying here again.

I loved that this hotel was close to Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, and Medieval Times but I would not stay there again. We got locked out of our room the second night and had to go to the front desk for them to reset our key. No one was at the front desk so we had to stand there and ring the bell multiple times. This hotel is very outdated, the entryways exiting the elevators were dirty. The windows needed replacing. A lot of the elevators weren’t working. The hotel restaurant was not open. Very disappointing.

This was the thermostat it only had warmer and cooler
The bathroom wall needed painting
