Had to ask to switch rooms because the drain in shower was backing up quite a bit. Maintenance was unavailable over the weekend. Second room was better, however, there was a little roach inside the mini fridge. The staff was great and accommodating.

Bathroom's were infested with ants and there was people who appeared to live there that had music and were drinking alcohol outside the rooms in the middle of the night they even took the couch outside the room to the parking lot to drink beer like they owned the place office staff did nothing to resolve this issue in my 2 night stay

We checked in just before 1 am after a 6 hour drive only to find the room was not prepared to accommodate our party of 5 which was on the reservation. This room had two beds and a sofa pull out bed. All beds needed to be utilized, which is why we chose this room. The pull out bed had one dirty fitted sheet, and the underside of the mattress had mold on it. We contacted the front desk to ask for a room change, we were told they had none. We asked for linens for the sofa bed, as well as additional towels to shower as there were only 2 towels in the room. We were told that we would have to try after 8 am for linens. I sent my husband to the front desk and we were able to get one sheet and two pillows from the front desk that he “found”. The AC unit in the room with the sofa bed barely blew air. The floors were dirty and dusty, especially under the beds. The vanity area is dimly lit, and the cubby for tissue paper was empty. The pool area had no pool towels for swimming. It seems the property isn’t cleaned or maintained well in any area.

Disgusting dirty , roach infected, they rent rooms for people to live there so our next door room neighbor was one of them they were drunk, loud and had music all night it was 2am they were still going GETTO as F. They had the furniture outside their room with people halfway naked . By 6am they were at it again with loud music, screaming and we had to call front desk to complain , but it turns about 6 rooms were the same party is because they actually live there they are not regular guest so they could not ask them to move or shut the f up apparently. We had water leaks in the sink and tub . DISGUSTING don’t waist your money . Pay a little more somewhere else it will be best.

The rooms looked like they were thrown together with mismatched pieces from a swap meet. It didn’t look clean or finished. The walls are very thin you could hear the people in the room next to you. The only reason we stayed here was the price and convenience of how close it was to where we were going.

Everything was great, only issue I had was just the plumbing where it would drain slowly. Issue got resolved the next day but slowly got back into slow draining again. NOT all units had the same issues though. Traffic times are pretty nuts going in and out of the property. Lol… But overall I would stay there again. 👍

This hotel needs a gut job, a flip. The hot water was hardly luke warm after running it ( for a shower) for minimum 5 minutes. At sink, the hot and cold faucets were backwards. Pictures on the walls are hung crooked and you cannot straighten them because they're glued to the wall crooked. Hot tub worked but not with any hot water, it was all bubbles and cold water. The phone in room didn't work, the wires had been cut. Found that out when at midnight I attempted to call front desk to ask them to contact people in room above us....there must have been a herd of elephants in at room. Heavy footed people who stomped non-stop till midnight when I went to lobby desk to have it stopped. If you want conviences (like hot water, working phones, quiet evenings) do not stay here. But added plus; there were no bed bugs. I'm grateful for that.

1. Took forever for the water to even warm up to take a shower and it was only warm used no cold water at all and it still was not warm enough to shower in. 2. things were hooked up backwards compared to normal for example the light switch and the fan switch in the bathroom were opposite to what most people are accustomed to so you always turn on the fan and then had to find the light and the hot water faucet was where the cold water faucet should be in the bathroom sink and vice versa and no I did not mix the hot and cold water up in the shower I even tested it to be sure I wasn't mixing them up but cold was cold in the shower and hot was hot normal setting 3. Did not sleep for two nights the people above me walked all night long in the room with hard stomps very loud and noisy how much can you walk in a hotel room? these people I don't know they were trying to get in their 20,000 steps for the day or what but I could not sleep I even tried to call them at one point and they did not answer their phone I even went outside to the opposite side of the pool to get the room number and also watch to see if it was people on the outside upstairs walkway but it was not and their lights were off you could tell the lights were off so they just walked in circles in a dark hotel room

We stayed 4 days at this place and only once did they come by to do our beds and bring us towels. But even the towels I don't think they gave us clean ones. The towels were folded and placed and the racks, but they were all wet. As if they folded the used towels and put them back on the racks. The only good thing was the price.
