The apartment is bigger than you think and the bed is actually a king size, not queen. So you have a bigger bed. Unit 6. The electric burners needs quite a long time to get hot. Just be patient. But the place itself was really good l, surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants.

I was advised at the beginning of the work being done on the street, which is why I got a better price. However, the noise is still audible because work is still ongoing at the corner, and the drilling noise is quite loud. Nevertheless, I love the place; it is nice and close to a vegetarian buffet. I would have liked a better chair for working with my computer. Thank you for everything.

Great location, spacious apartment. The cleaning woman is a thief. When i checked out i left my sunglasses on the table. As soon as i got out of the elevator i realized it and went back up. They were gone and the cleaning lady suggested i look upstairs although i know for a fact is left them in the table.

The apartment was modern, with a clean design and comfortable layout. A great place to return to after exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants. I also worked remotely from here and it was a great place to work from as well.

Unfortunately, access to the property was challenging. The flat is on a third floor, walking up some metal stairs in the Open (no roof as you access the property). It was raining, and it caused the digital key to stop working. We called for help, but they told us to keep trying to access the apartment, as there was nothing they could do. As a consequence, we could not go out for dinner as we were afraid of not being able to return to the room late at night.

Buena ubicación aunque falta mantenimiento
Lo bueno: buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, transportes, comercios. Lo malo: llegué durante una semana de ola polar y hacía frío en la habitación; la calefacción tardó un día ya que es piso radiante. El wifi andaba mal y de hecho un día sin conexión. Como era domingo nadie lo pudo arreglar. Al departamento le faltaba mantenimiento en la puerta, lo que hacía que costara abrirla, fue cuestión de tomarle el tiempo al ingresar la clave. Como en el pasillo deentrada al departamento no había luz, o estaba quemada la bombilla, no se veía nada y no daba tiempo a poner la clave en el primer intento ya que debía iluminarme con el celular. Viernes a la noche la cuadra es muy ruidosa porque hay un bar y estaban viendo un partido de la selección. Aclarar que no hay nadie en el lugar, es todo por clave, pero si tienes dudas te atienden por teléfono muy amablemente. Estuve en la unidad 9. Volvería por comodidad, ya que me queda cerca de donde trabajo.

Ótima localização e boa acomodação.
O lugar é incrivel. O prédio é legal, bem localizado, com tudo que você precisa pra ficar bem. Nós usamos pouco, só ficamos entre 23 horas e 4 da manhã, aguardando o vôo. O ar funcionou legal, apesar que BA estava um pouco frio. Achei só que poderia ter um pouquinho de cuidado a mais: os lençõis não tem elastico então ficam saindo do colchão. Só tem 2 travesseiros - poderia ter 4. As toalhas são pequenas e de baixa categoria. E o banheiro está com vários detalhes precisando de atenção, como saboneteira quebrada. Mas são pequenos detalhes, no geral eu indico o lugar.

Instalacao muito boa, fiquei no apto 11, quarto, sala com cozinha e banheiro. Pontos positivos: localizacao, limpeza, equipamento de cozinha, varanda e moveis bem cuidados. Pontos negativos: internet razoavel, piso do banheiro descascando, luz do corredor externo entra dentro do quarto, devido uma porta de vidro, torradeira nao funcionava. Apesar de deixar o ar condicionado a 30 graus, ainda tinha q ficar agasalhado. A foto ao lado não corresponde ao meu quarto. Meu quarto era maior. Voltaria na hospedagem , porem ficaria no quarto no andar de baixo, apesar de ser menor era bem mais quente.
