I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff Rafael. Checkin was seamless. He was very responsive, we had absolutely no problem. Everything was clean and organized, thankfully quiet at the time. The street was filled w people, walkable to laundarymat , bodega, minimarts and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the apartment. Water, coffee complimentary. Fully equiped kitchen. We were very happy and will stay again. Excelent service honestly.

We liked the property but it is on a busy side street and our apartment faced the street with a large window and sliding glass door. There is a bus stop outside in front of the building and construction across the street. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Easy access to a Main Street and within walking distance to restaurants.

A good stay but not a Great stay. Smallish
Located in Hollywood Palarmo. Its a short stay apartment building on Fitz Roy one block from Santa Fe. We were there 8 nights. It was smallish for the price. Lots of security codes to carry for front door and room door. The air conditioner was slow to cool the room. The refrigerator a little too small for longer stays. Good Uber and bus service. Taxi service great on Santa Fe and Subte about 5 blocks down Santa Fe. Great bakery across the street. Grocery stores near/walkable. Small outlet mall about 3 blocks away. Their airport service is a bit expensive $60. Where as taxi/Uber is about $25 to/from airport. Great city much like Paris. Good stay but not Great. Difficult to get linens changed for a longer stay. Really a 2 person place.

Perfect location walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants. Spacious room, lovely balcony, lots of drawer space in both bedroom & bathroom to store clothes and toiletries. Lovely amenities & decor. Very nice and helpful building managers. Would stay again!
