English Country House experience in Argentina. Enjoyable. Golf is a stretch ( where was it?)but the Estancia team work hard to give a pleasurable experience. Food is one choice per course. Its a nice choice just to be different . I do think elderly or infirm would find this small property a struggle. Nonetheless BRAVO. Good Value

This is a beautiful property located in a rural area outside Buenos Aires. The hotel is the former home of the estancia owner and is an extravagant mansion in the Tudor style. The grounds are lovely, with many areas available to sit and enjoy the surroundings, including a nice pool. The room came with full board. The breakfast buffet was extensive with eggs cooked to order. Lunch was asado, freshly barbecued meats, chicken and sausage served on a sizzling platter. Dinner was a choice of salmon or chicken. Everything was delicious and the service was more than excellent. We felt spoiled and very well taken care of. Staying at Estancia Villa Maria was one of the highlights of our trip to Argentina. It was a very special experience.

Villa Maria is a wonderful Estancia with lovely people. grounds and the food was wonderful. With golf, horse riding, biilards and games onsite there is plenty to do It is a bit quirky unlike a hotel its a set menu, has no bar, tea / coffee not available in the room, water turned off in the night, but that aside a wonderful experience

Buenos Aires Gem
The estancia has beautiful architecture and grounds. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing. Be sure to do the carriage ride. We wished we could have stayed here longer.

Great place to get away from it all
I can't say enough about our stay at Estancia Villa Maria. The team did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. The food was outstanding, the historic home is an architectural treasure, and the amenities including a spa, free use of bikes, horse and carriage rides, and a great pool made it especially memorable. Great Job Marcella, Maria and team. We will recommend this property to all friends traveling to Argentina.

Paradise
Beautiful estancia. Loved the grounds, the horse riding and carriage rides. Food was excellent. Staff could not do enough for you. Place was spotlessly clean. This was a fantastic place to relax after an international flight and a great welcome to Argentina. I would not hesitate to recommend this estancia and hope to visit again. A little piece of paradise.

Charming old pile dripping with elegance. Well worth the drive. Gorgeous from every angle with enough activities to keep everyone in the family busy for a week. The lunch and dinner are out of this world.

Such a beautiful placeā€”I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone. From the moment you enter the Estancia and are greeted by the welcoming staff, everything feels marvelous. The architecture transports you back to the 1930s, but with a modern twist. You can spend your day in various ways. Inside, you can visit the game room to play billiards, ping pong, cards, or other games. Outside, you can enjoy nature and partake in the hotel's free activities or purchase premium experiences such as a polo match. In the summer, the hotel even offers a pool. All meals are included and served in a three-course format. Breakfast is served at your table, not as a buffet, with the option to request different plates from the kitchen. Lunch features an authentic Argentine asado, and we also enjoyed the "Hora del TĆ©," or Tea Time. These three meals are served in a beautiful environment with great views of the fields, while dinner is served in the main saloon, complete with a fireplace. The bedroom is spacious and elegant. The attention to detail is extraordinary; they even decorated the bed with rose petals and provided us with champagne.
