The hotel is old, but the location is very good. The service is also good. This is a good option according to the daily rate.

Where can i send pictures i took of this poor place? Smells bad, no maintenence, old tv that doesn’t work, old carpet with scraps end pieces of different colors, “breakfast” is bread and butter, toasts, juice and cofee.. cereal and milk.. no other choice ..imagine the same thing every day for one week... it should have one star only. The ceilin fan souns a lot and does not let you sleep, very unconfortable shower, wets all the floor and no mat to step on, closets with drawers that don’t open, safety box:totaly unsave... room looks like a place for couples, EXPEDIA MUST NOT OFFER PLACES LIKE THIS.... other hotels of same category are a lot much better... Never....never aghhhhh

Worst Hotel We've Ever Stayed At

We stayed at this hotel for several weeks and I actually cried myself to sleep most nights from anger and frustration. The smell of mildew in this hotel is absolutely unbearable. The carpets are just one big continuous stain. NO AIR CONDITIONING in the room. There was a ceiling fan in the room that was short circuiting and releasing fumes and smoke when it was turned on so it had to stay off. The television was tiny, about 13 inches, and the image was barely visible. There was no storage at all. Not a single drawer in the entire room, just a table, so you will literally have to live out of your suitcase. The toilet didn't work. No hot water in the shower. EVERY towel had holes in them. There was barely any light in the room. The windows were so dirty on the outside that you couldn't see through the glass, but even if you could, the view was a dirty alley and a brick wall that was literally 10 feet away from the glass. Every surface in this hotel, except for the lobby, looks dirty and smells of mildew. This is without question THE WORST hotel we have ever stayed at in any of our travels anywhere in the world. I feel bad for the staff because they try their best to be helpful but the place is just so rundown there's really not much they can do. Staying here was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I CANNOT overstate just how horrific this hotel is. Please, do yourself a favor and do not put yourself and your family through the experience of staying here. It's just not worth it.

Run down and tired

This hotel was very centrally located, close to sights and restaurants. However the hotel itself is very tired and run down. The air conditioning didn't work and the rooms were unbearably hot. Staff repeatedly said the air-conditioning would improve, and eventually moved us to a slightly cooler room, after our complaints of poor sleep.

The staff did not speak English. The neighborhood seems a bit dodgy, expect to be accosted constantly by people trying to change USD into pesos (at better rates than the bank, for that matter), offered "massages" and illegal substances, and keep an eye out for pickpockets.

Very old hotel

I booked just 1 night. The hotel is very close to the city center but it needs a lot of work . It seems that the owner does not care about it. Staff was friendly and helpful. When I arrived, they had no information from Expedia and when I checked out, they still had no information from Expedia and asked me to pay again for the night.

this hotel was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! the only thing it has going for it is the location. WIFI was not working on the 5th floor and I was told by reception to go work in the lobby. This is a run down disgusting hotel. It probably has the original furniture and mattress in the rooms. The ceiling fans sound like a blender with marbles in it. I asked to change after the first night because of the sound and the next room had the same problem. I asked the bell boy and he said they were all the same!!! will never even consider visiting this dump again!!!! I know it was cheap but it was not money well spent. there are no outlets in the room so I used the bathroom one to charge my phone. TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!!

Primo location and really friendly staff however breakfast was pretty average and the rooms werent very clean. The hotel was aged but not cleaned properly. The hallway outside our room hadnt been vaccumed in months by the look of it

good location.

This is an hotel that has an excellent location in the heart of Buenos Aires, you can walk almost anywhere from here which is very good and help you save a lot in transportation. The rest is a normal clean and secure hotel. Nothing above expectations. If you are in a rush is a good deal to stay there... If you can plan ahead I believe they are better options in the area for around the same price.

Ótimo.

Excelente custo benefício. O hotel é simples, mas limpo, confortável e bem localizado. Os atendentes são simpáticos e solícitos. O quarto era silencioso. O ponto negativo e não ter opção de café da manhã. Mas tem vários cafés próximos que são muito bons.
