I loved the esthetic, it was beautiful. Easy to locate and access. The only thing that I disliked was the condition of the tub and shower. The jetters in the tub, you could see it was not clean and some of the corners/ lining inside the shower and out side of the shower door were not clean to my liking, but it was tolerable. Other than that, my visit was amazing.

It’s an old Hotel but it has huge hallways and the suits are one of the biggest.

Staff member at check in was not friendly and was more worried about her phone than the guests. For the amount of money spent on the room, it really was not worth it. Rooms are dated and bathroom was not very clean. Parking at hotel is difficult and better signage around building would help. Similarly $25 additional fee for valet parking or park on the street at your own risk should be noted with hotel information.

I always enjoyed staying at Embassy suites in different cities, but in this particular one in Buffalo, the room was not vacuum properly, the bathroom had hair left on floor and under the sink, and the door had dirty fingerprints. The mirror looked hazy, overall, very superficial cleaning. The cleaning staff changed the bedsheets and towels, but the cleaning itself, is lacking.
