The hotel was clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had alot of choices and the food was good. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

The staff who checked me in lack customer service. She was rude, not welcoming and displays the I don’t care attitude. I asked for 3 pillows and it wasn’t delivered right away. It took a couple of hours before they brought it to our room. And not till I called again. And she sent someone to bring it but the runner was told to only bring 2 instead of 3 pillows. I don’t know why she sent only 2 when I repeatedly asked for 3. Even while talking to her on the phone, she’s very rude, not saying “ thank you “ and she really sounded pissed. I didn’t get her name but she’s the black lady on the front desk. We checked in between 6-7 pm. Management needs to counsel her on customer service before the hotel loses business with prospective clients

Subpar at best, room not as described, bad service
The room was advertised as a king bed with a pull out double bed and could sleep 4. What the room really was, a queen bed with a twin size pull out. It slept 3 at best maybe 2 SMALL children could share the couch bed. We had to go out and buy an air mattress for one child. The breakfast was disorganized and the staff couldn’t keep up with the needs of the guests. Many features of this hotel are just ok, not the cleanest, not friendly, no real customer service.
