Love this hotel. I love the staff. My issue was the last room I stayed in when I asked to be moved closer to the front door. The location of the room was perfect for me but the room itself was a disappointment. Im hoping it was a mistake, maybe it was a room that is on a list to be updated? I put in several service requests at front desk. The hatch lock was broken in half, I had no room phone (I asked 4 times and nobody brought me one), there was no cell service in this corner of the hotel, I couldnt open the curtains because it was right by the dinning room, and all the rooms have always been super clean but this room needed to be vacuumed, my feet were black the moment I took off my shoes, the only wall hook I had was coming out of the wall. The walls and counters had blue and pink handprints so I washed the walls myself by the 3rd day, the hot tub drain was broken and it wouldn't fill so I never got to use it the whole 3 weeks I was there. I missed every virtual meeting because the wifi never worked in this room. I walked in stepping in smalls nails, hair pins, candy on the floors. My nightstand handle was missing, the only chair I had was old and stained. Dust everywhere. I brought my own toiletries due to my sensitive skin, soap, washcloths and towels but they were all accidently taken when housekeeping came in, my bed was so uncomfortable. I miss the free breakfast although the kitchen staff is amazing!! I never got my 2 other voucher for free $10 torwards breakfast.
