For the amount you are paying these days - it’s hard to stomach a 4 pm check in. I’ve stayed here a few times now because of the location but the room is never available before 4. The gym needs a full disinfecting. I wiped down the treadmill with a wipe and it was black .

This hotel is very new and clean, it was quiet, i never had touble finding parking or a luggage cart. Free ciffee and tea 24/7,excellent breakfast. Dan at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. He made me and my daughters feel at home. Its a bit of a drive to the mall, about 12 minutes. Kind of off the beaten path but it was worth it.

Beware and Book somewhere else.
Before I go into how unhappy I am with my stay and the unprofessionalism shown during my stay. I wanted to say the Sales Manager Mathew was outstanding and totally understood his guest's needs. I came in on a red-eye flight and he let me check in early. I was very thankful to him. But this is where the road stopped. The next day I requested to have just my bathroom cleaned and spoke to front desk personnel and was informed he would speak to housing keeping. Upon returning later that morning, nothing had been done, and a few hours later I had a knock on my door thinking it was a housekeeper, I opened the door, only to be spoken disrespectfully by a housekeeper, who informed me that they do not clean every day and that housekeepers are too busy to come clean one bathroom. I again went to speak to a front desk person asking to speak to a manager and explained how I was treated by their housekeeper and how she disrespected me and raised her voice to me, in front of other guests. She told me someone would be up shortly to clean it. I went for dinner but came back and found no one ever cleaned it. When I checked out the next day and requested to speak to the manager Kathleen Paszkiewiz, (was given her card) I was informed she was in a meeting and too busy to handle guest needs. It you do not mind being yelled at and disrespected by Hampton Inn employees, or management that does not care about guests' needs this is the hotel for you.
