Check in us at 3:00 pm. We arrived 3:15 pm and there was not room available. We had to wait 20 minutes. Next morning at 6:00 am gire alarm went off. Looked like somebody had burned bread. Fire fighters didn’t even come. 7:00 am we wanted to check out. No staff was available

Unfortunately the hotel does not meet expectations. Checking in was bad, their system was broken and couldn’t issue room keys. The elevator is dirty with sticky floor. The bathroom shower handle was barely moving, bathtub is clogged. Their was hair in our bed Breakfast missing items like yogurt and fruits. Overall very bad experience, although the price we paid wasn’t cheap at all

I overall had a great stay. The room was clean and updated nicely. I loved the shower! My only complaint is that the walls were super thin. I was woken up about 8 am by the guys next door talking and laughing super loud. That was my day to sleep in. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen because of the noise. Beyond that, it was to my standards and I would stay again, just not when I’m exhausted and looking for peace and quiet time.
