The room smelled like old cigarettes, the linens on the bed were dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned, they only provided a small bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The posting said breakfast was provided, that was false it was only coffee/tea. After seeing the condition the room was in, I will eat somewhere else thank you. The bed was so noisy and uncomfortable as well.

I was promised housecleaning on two consecutive days after staying one week. On each occasion nobody appeared. Nobody is accountable. The place smells. The elevator is broken.
