The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The carpets could have used a cleaning (shampoo) but was free of debris and Theise clean. This was a 100% no smoking hotel which we appreciated.

The hotel is outdated, dirty, stained and we found bed bugs! Staff quickly moved us to a new room without argument, suggesting this is a common occurrence. The GM did comp the room, but I would have preferred to pay and have a clean, not infested room. Carpets and bedskirts were in stained. Sheets were stained and had holes. We will never stay here again.
