The stay was ok. The pull out couch was in rough shape. The bed was ok at best and the pillow I used was flat. The breakfast was good and the employee filling things was kind and helpful.

Our room was really nice and spacious. I liked the roominess of having a sofa bed with work station in addition to our two queen beds. The bathroom was also spacious, and the shower head was so nice! One drawback was the bathroom door emitting the brightness of the bathroom light if being used in the middle of the night. This hotel will be our go-to when we return when we visit our western New York relatives.

Very cold room at night. Heat would not come on. Breakfast was terrible. Runny eegs. Stale pastries. No hot chocolate. And way over prices. This hotel should never charge more than $119/night.

We were told they would put muffins & danishes out for us before leaving by 630am. This never happened. They would not unlock the refrigerator for yogurt either. Xavier front desk was WONDERFUL. Very polite & helpful.
