The sheets were not changed and there were grease marks and hair on the bedsheet. I could not sleep thinking that the room is not clean from prior guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights this time and are always amazed at how efficient, friendly, and accommodating all of the staff is. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was well-stocked and delicious. The kids loved the variety of snacks available for purchase in the lobby. The room was clean and well-appointed. We didn't use the pool or workout areas but they looked very clean and appealing. This is the third or fourth time we've stayed here while in the area. Honestly, we don't bother looking at other hotels anymore because we know we won't be disappointed if we stay here.

Very very small rooms Person above us on 4th floor at 330 am each morning was walking around in shoes on floors that don't have carpeting and when done slammed bag on floor This went on for about a hour each morning Small commuter airline personnel stayed there and it sound like a flight attendant getting ready and was as loud as all hell Never again in a Tru

There's no curtains in the room - made the room cold and had to turn the heat up to 80. Also, the lights from the parking lot and the hotel next door shine right into the room - the room did not get dark during the night making it impossible for both me and my husband to sleep.

Awesome staff!
It's not that it is particularly fancy, but it is a great vibe overall. The staff is excellent, some of the best, friendliest that I have encountered in most travels recently. Lots of wonderful suggestions about things to see and do locally as well as takes on the food options. Can't say enough positive about the staff here.
