We’ve stayed here many times this last 3 years. We seem to be given the same room that needs to have the toilet seat tightened ( I’ve asked but not done) the food was the best part compared to the other places we stayed. The location and convenience keeps us coming back. It needs upgraded

The only reason i didn't give this property a one star for terrible was because the front desk staff was so nice. They get a 5 stars because they moved me to a different room trying to find a suitable place. I had requested a pet room because i have a 4 pound Yorkie that does not use the bathroom inside. The first room we were given reeked of cat urine. I told the lady I'd sleep in my car before staying in that room. She gave us another room which was acceptable. The next morning we found a live bedbug on the bed even though i had checked mattresses the night before, and they looked okay. I took the bedbug to the office, and the lady got the manager on the phone. She offered to refund that night and we could leave. I was booked for 2 nights and i told her there was not another hotel in the area i could go to. This was a very small town. She moved us to a third room for the 2nd night. All this to say, this was a very exasperating stay, and last i checked, i still don't have the refund.

Excellent customer service, clean facility My only gripe - need to use whatever technology/equipment is currently available, to keep food warmer/hot, e.g., scrambled eggs (they were cool at just 15 minutes after opening). We booked a double bed room and when we got there we were told that they only had king bed room and that it was for handicap. I am 6’ 4’. Shower was outdated and kept switching from extreme cold to extreme hot. Just a bad experience all together
