Very comfortable and pleasant stay!
Claudie is a very kind and friendly host, with a delightfully quaint and homely farmhouse. She welcomes you into her home and ensures that you have all you need to enjoy your stay. She prepares a lovely and typically French ‘Petit déjeuner’, each ´morning, which she joins you for, ensuring that she is available to offer advice about the local area and various attractions. We were there for a family event nearby, and found our stay to be very agreeable, with the farmhouse well situated only 15-20 minutes drive from Montreuil-sur-mer and very simple to find, being only 10-15 minutes off the main route from the port of Calais.

Wonderful host and location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudie's property. It was beautifully maintained, conveniently located, and surrounded by stunning farms and countryside gems. The little tavern in town was closed while we were there, hope you can visit it for me! Thank you Claudie for the wonderful breakfasts.

Wonderful host and place to stay
What a fantastic place. Claudie, our host, was so friendly and looked after us so well. The breakfast was great and it was lovely to share it chatting with Claudie. Even though neither of us could fluently speak in the others language it didn’t matter as Claudie is so warm and friendly. We joined her for walks around the village with our dog which was really special. The accommodation is comfy, clean and homely. Really recommend a stay here if you want rustic French charm. 5 stars in every way.

Claudie is the ultimate host; so very kind. We enjoyed our stay so much. We slept like logs, had fabulous breakfasts including home made cake, and loved seeing the animals. We are already saving up to go back. We had the best time!

Pleasant B&B for a Family in a good location
There was some confusion on our part as to what was mentioned on Arbitel and the actual accommodation. We were expecting to have our own area which was private within the main house, so we could use facilities like kitchen washing machine etc .Unfortunate this was not the case. We didn’t speak French and the owner English so it was difficult to communicate. The owner is a pleasant mature Lady who lives permanently on site. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms in an upstairs attic area, one of which has a private bathroom .So in essence this is a B&B in which the owner lives. This would be ideal for a family with children .There is no TV in either room of a cooling fan .It was particularly warm one night so sleep was disturbed. We were also plagued by mosquitoes in the room; I was bitten 8 times again this again disturbed our sleep. Parking and the surrounding area is very pleasant safe and quiet. This would be ideal for children as there are 2 horses, a dog and a cat .The cat would sleep with the Dog .Breakfast was continental and didn’t suit us well. Having some Ham or cheese would have been a bonus. We had booked seven nights but due to family illness returned home early. The owner was good enough to refund us for the two nights that we did not stay.

Séjour de 3 jours formidable tant dans l'accueil chaleureux et la qualité des chambres que le charme rustique et authentique de cette ferme magnifique. Séjour bucolique et authentique 🙂
Vous cherchez le luxe, la piscine passez votre chemin, vous recherchez l'authenticité, la chaleur humaine le sourire et les échanges conviviaux avec votre hôte, vous êtes à la bonne adresse. Les animaux et la nature campagnarde, c'est parfait . Réservé pour aller au festival des cerfs volants à Berck et se balader dans les environs, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Claudie vous accueille un peu comme si vous étiez à la maison, sans chichis en toute simplicité. Encore merci pour cet agréable séjour.
