Located in the charming village of Chantambre, in the "Regional Natural Park of Gâtinais", just 50 minutes south-east of Paris. Tastefully furnished and equipped with all the modern comforts, this accommodation will welcome you for a weekend or for a longer stay. Accommodating up to 6 persons, brand new and fully equipped, you will appreciate its large living room of 23 m² serving the kitchen and one of the two bedrooms. On the 1st floor a second room of 16m2 under the roof spaces with its privative bathroom. In ground garden terrace overlooking the surrounding nature. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Auch jetzt im Winter war es schön warm im Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und hilft immer gerne weiter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

Fijn huis in een rustige landelijke omgeving
Prima vakantie gehad in mooie moderne vakantiewoning welke van de nodige gemakken is voorzien. Vanaf de woning wandel je zo het bos in. Het enige verbeterpuntje is misschien de advertentie: het huis bestaat namelijk uit 2 vakantiewoningen. Je kunt dus buren treffen en op dat moment deel je de tuin; wel heeft elke woning een eigen terras met de nodige privacy. Wij hebben het hebben van buren overigens niet als een probleem ervaren. De woningen kennen een goede geluidsisolatie.

Alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht! Liebevoll eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete, moderne und saubere Unterkunft mit Comfort. Schönes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage ohne Verkehr. Trotzdem mit dem Auto gute Anbindung zu Boulderspots und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frederic & seine Mutter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
