Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have the coffee, tea, and breakfast. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Convenient location for Universal, Hollywood, and highway access. Rooms could use some renovations or upgrades.

It was the perfect affordable place to stay while attending a Hollywood Bowl concert. Walking distance to the shuttle was a huge plus. Descent restaurants within walking distance as well; neighborhood felt safe. Would stay again

The staff was great! The room was fine, bed was really comfortable. The only thing is I wish they had a coffee maker in the room with coffee. They did have free coffee in the lobby however they opened at 7am. We are New Yorkers and we were up really early. I would suggest renting a car if you will be staying there. We had to walk every where .. for lunch or dinners. The streets are huge and hard to cross! Overall though, this place was just fine to stay.

Property is near Universal Studies, has cameras, and helps you feel safe. Staff called me in time for me to register before midnight and not lose my room. Office closes at midnight. Had breakfast and free parking available. Noticed other guests brought their own food items to complement breakfast. I got oatmeal and coffee and was content.

Cheapest in the area, free parking, and it was near my destination (Universal Studios). It is a low budget motel with a $200 price tag. Room was very worn with dingy carpet. But the thing that really made it not worth it was the bed. It was so incredibly uncomfortable, even the pillows were awful. I slept horribly. You can hear everything outside and above you (if you have a downstairs room). Probably won't stay here again but if sleep doesn't matter then it'll do the job. I hate to leave bad reviews but had to leave this one. Staff was nice.

Better than expected. Surprisingly quiet during night, even if close to a major road. Couldn’t hear any traffic from my room. Hotel is older and a bit worn, but still in good condition. Very friendly staff. Great parking as well.

Fun and comfortable
It was great! Stayed for a night, they gave food u could find at a gas station but it was free so it was great. Shower was clean, bed was comfortable, owner was nice. Only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear people walking in and out of their room but it isn’t to bad of a problem because everyone is nice

A very good transit hotel
This is an older property and in some ways shows it's age - worn furniture corners, tired paint - but in the important areas was quite acceptable. Excellent bed. Very easy and friendly check-in. Very quiet room appliances such as the refrigerator and HVAC. It's on a fairly major thoroughfare and yet had little traffic noise. A good place to stay while in transit as we were.
