Familienurlaub 2022 in Burgh-Haamstede, Elefenpaad 11
Das Ferienhaus im Elfenpaad 11, sowie das Aussengelände, haben wir sauber und gepflegt angetroffen. Wir haben dort unseren Urlaub verbracht und haben zeitweise, durch den Besuch unserer Kinder, mit 6 Erwachsenen das Haus bewohnt. Hierfür war das Ferienhaus sehr gut eingerichtet und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafräume im Dachgeschoss sind durch die Schräge und Raumhöhe für Erwachsene gewöhnungsbedürftig, was wir haben nicht als Minderungsgrund für die Gesamtbewertung sehen. Ein Vermutstropfen ist jedoch die knackende Therme und Heizungsleitungen, was besonders Nachts störte. Zumal die Therme im Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss montiert ist.
Der Gesamteindruck ist trotzdem sehr positiv. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal das Ferienhaus buchen.

Gute Lage mit Abstrichen
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (1 Jahr und 2 Jahre) in dem Ferienhaus. Die Buchung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Die Dame bei der Übergabe war sehr nett und hat uns den Weg zum Ferienhaus erklärt und auch auf dem Bildschirm gezeigt. Der Park an sich ist nicht sehr ansprechend, sehr dicht besiedelt und die Wege sehr eng. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, für Kleinkinder (Kinder) und Babys alles vorhanden (Hochstühle, Babybadewanne, Gitterbett, Wickeltisch, Töpfchen, Hocker, Laufstall, Spiele, Spielsachen). Das Gartenhäuschen an sich ist auch super und sehr süß, allerdings bei schlechtem Wetter oder im Winter etwas ungünstig. Am Haus selbst ist noch ein Dreirad mit Stange, eine Wasser bzw Sandmuschel für die Kinder sowie Sandspielsachen vorhanden. Das Haus an sich ist hellhörig und in dem einem Schlafzimmer (mit Babybett) ist der Verteiler(?) Der Heizung und vom Strom, meiner Meinung nach eher ungünstig im Schlafzimmer platziert, zum einen falls etwas passieren sollte zum anderen ist er ziemlich laut und geht auch nachts an, um das Haus zu heizen. In der oberen Etage befindet sich keine Heizung, wir hatten eine Außentemperatur von durchschnittlich 16 Grad und in der oberen Etage war es durchweg, trotz offenem Fenster um die 23 Grad. Ich denke bei hohen Temperaturen aber auch in der kalten Jahreszeit wird es nicht sehr angenehm zum schlafen sein. Manche Steckdosen haben eine Kindersicherung, aber nicht alle. Auf der oberen Etage gibt es ein Treppenschutzgitter, unten jedoch nicht. Leider sind im Haus keine Rauchmelder vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren für uns sehr gut, weder zu weich noch zu hart. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und würden auch wieder dort übernachten. Man ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten am Strand und auch sehr schnell im "Zentrum" indem man alles findet, was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht (Bäcker, Restaurants, Einkaufsladen). Leider gibt es nirgends eine Beschreibung wie man zum Strand kommt, wir haben uns durch gefragt. Auch fehlen im Haus (meiner Meinung nach) Flyer von Ausflugszielen (im Büro beim Eincheck sind aber welche).

schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus
Schöne, komplette geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles i.O. sehr schöne überdachte Terasse mit Holzboden. Übergabe am Ankunftstag erst ab 16:00 möglich. Ging aber schnell und problemlos.
Leider war das Gartenhaus (Spielhaus für Kinder) abgesperrt, obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. Über die Agentur war leider kein Schlüssel zu bekommen. Nicht schlimm, sollte man aber wissen.

Gut
Gutes Haus, Parkplatz für 2 Autos knapp aber geht, Trampolin und Spielhaus ist toll für die Kinder, Küche gut aber der Kühlschrank ist zu klein für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, Sauberkeit definitiv verbesserungswürdig, haben wir auch gemeldet.

Traumhaus mit schönem geschlossenen Garten
Alles Top.
Sehr schöne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Das Highlight ist die überdachte Terasse und der geschlossene Garten....ideal für Hunde( wie bei uns) oder für Kleinkinder.
Die Nähe zu den Ostdünen und der wunderschöne Spazierweg zum Strand muss auch erwähnt werden.
Wir werden dieses Haus sicherlich in Zukunft wieder buchen.

Trotz Regen ein schööönes Wochenende
Das Wochenende am Elfenpad 11 war super. Das Haus hat gut zu uns 7 Personen (4 Erw. 3 Kinder) gepasst. Sowohl am Meer als auch im Naturschutzgebiet ist man schnell zu Fuss. Das Spielhäuschen im Garten war super für die Kids. Lieben Dank auch für die gute Betreuung durch BHVK Leisure. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Sehr schönes Haus und toller Garten.
Viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder.
Verbesserungwürdig:
Für ein 8 Personen Haus ist der Kühlschrank leider viel zu klein. Auch konnten wir keine Waschmaschine mit Backofen bspw. parallel nutzen, weil dann die Hauptsicherung raus flog. Diese konnte dann nur durch den Parkbetreiber wieder reingemacht werden. Das war recht nervig.
