Summary:
An airy and cozy second story apartment that offers a small bed room, studio living space, and raised porch, all privately tucked away behind a natural lawn.

Very close to downtown Burlington and North End restaurants. Just three blocks from the Church Street marketplace (bars, shopping, food,) this lovely apartment is the perfect Burlington getaway. Taco Gordo, Mayday, and Pho Hong are just a few minutes walk away for delicious North End dining.

The Space:
This is a comfortable small space above a 200 year old barn on the back of my property. Walking distance from almost every attraction in Burlington.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire upstairs space, no entrances or rooms are shared with anyone else.

The Neighborhood:
The Old North End is what makes Burlington, Burlington. With great local dining options only a short walk in any direction, you'll be within 2 blocks of several local dining options, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

Getting Around:
This unit is short 10 minute walk from downtown Burlington, and there are generally plenty of Ubers available.
A bus stop is located less than a block away.

Other Things to Note:
Before booking there are a few things to note about this property:

During the fall and winter, the path to the space can be muddy or snowy.

On-street parking only.

The space is on the second floor of the barn behind the main house.

Lovely zen apartment above garage with separate entrance and all amenities. Great location, fully appointed for cooking at home and walkable to church st restaurants and downtown Burlington. Great littleCoffee shop/bakery across the street. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Burlington.

Excellent Stay
Cozy and clean loft walking distance to Church Street. Safety is always my main concern and I felt extremely comfortable walking to and from various destinations, very close to delicious food and events. The space was comfortable, warm, and the hosts were great. We plan on returning and will stay here again.

a little quirky but nice
Quirky little shower due to roofline. Some noise at night from people talking on sidewalk, cars, but did not keep me awake or wake me up. Bed medium firm, comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked as far a dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Generally clean. Easy walk to Church St, etc. All in all, a good value in a safe, accessible area. :)

Great place. VRBO was spotless and well equipped. Loved the little deck for sitting outside. Parking can be a little tight. Within walking distance of lots of greats restaurants, bars, and attractions.

Phenomenal!!
This little cabin was wonderful! The location was perfect, and we would gladly return. My only note would be the cleanliness of the bathtub - everything else was great, just that section was a little grimy. I didnā€™t knock off a star because truly, it is such a small thing. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative, We plan to come back to Vermont at some point and might even re-book!

My husband and I stayed for 3 days while visiting our son in Burlington. We were very comfortable in the rental ā€” tucked behind a house and above a barn, easy parking, walkable to good restaurants and cafes, and the air conditioning kept us cool despite the heat.

Listing very accurate, excellent communication with host. Cozy space but comfortable for myself, my wife and our 16 year old. Easy walk to shops, restaurants etc. Street parking was not a problem.

Everything was great. Well designed space and property manager checked in on us! Parking was not a problem but for my own preferences i do prefer having a parking spot than changing each time. Great to walk so easily to Church St.
