When I checked in, I was told that breakfast was between 6:30 and 9. We got there at 8:30, no food and a worker was tearing out the wall. We decided to go across the street to eat. When I checked out, there was a sign on the door that said breakfast would stop at 8. In our room, the towel bar wasn't attached to wall. It fell off several times. Finally, as we were leaving, I just left it on the floor. The microwave was in the cabinet but no place to plug it in. I had to move it to another surface, where there was a plug in to heat my coffee. I, definitely, would tell people to find some other place.

I was skeptical when I pulled up because this is an older property and has clearly had maintenance issues in the past, but the current owners have done a nice job with updates and keep it very clean. I have no complaints so far.

Comfortable and easy access

The room was perfect for a few hours of sleep during a long road trip. Lot was well lit, you can park in front of your door and it was quiet. Very comfortable bed and the temp in the room was perfect when we arrived. It was cold outside, so a warm room was welcomed.

Surprisingly modern and a great value

For the price that I paid, I was truly surprised at the quality and comfort of my room. It had been newly remodeled, and it was super clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was nice. The room was nicely appointed, and the bathroom fixtures were nice. This was an excellent value for the price paid, and it was just as nice as many more expensive hotels where I have stayed in the area. I will definitely come back to this location next time I need to stay in Burlington.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. My room was SPOTLESS! Bed was newer and really comfortable. There are areas that are really dated, but kept up. Tub area really needed updated, but was clean! Very pleased with my stay, especially for the $.

Exactly what I wanted

What a great place to stay for overnight lodging. The room was very clean and neat as well as the grounds surrounding the building. Everything I needed or wanted was available in my room, which was a big plus. I was especially happy that the rooms were all on the ground floor with parking directly in front of the rooms. This made it very convenient for unloading and loading baggage when traveling solo or if your agility/mobility is restricted. Best of all the price was perfect! Minor negative comments: the pillows were very hard, the furnishings and decor is somewhat outdated, however it looks like they are remodeling, and lastly, there was no chain lock on the door. I will definitely stay here the next time I pass through!

How does this hotel get decent ratings!! Terrible place, tiles missing in bath, dirty, linen stained, and the flies! Had to spend a hour swatting files before could even go to sleep. A nightmare hotel!

The bathroom had mold around the bathtub. They had replaced the toilet but the wall behind the toilet was missing the ceramic tile. There were holes rotted in the baseboard and wall next to the tub and where the shower curtain attached. The surface of the tub was missing and peeling as was the curtain rod. The curtain rod had most of the paint peeled or peeling. The shower curtain was dingy. On a positive note, the room was clean, but the condition of the bathroom made the room unacceptable.
