Advertising their rate at XXX and somewhere in their fine print is a about double the rate in fees. It's okay to charge for items, but let the customer know. Don't spring more than double the advertised rate at checkout. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel. The hotel is dirty, the rooms are tiny and there's about 15-20 channels to watch on the tv. The photos are probably AI generated as the hotel, a former Radisson, needs a facelift and they need to stop charging more than double the advertised rates with hidden fees.

Stay was good overall despite the fact that my vehicle was broken into and had over $3000 worth of merchandise stolen. The hotel did not have much of an answer so just make sure you lock your car.

The hotel is beautiful. It has a coffee bar, pool, gym, an common spacesā€” all well kept and beautiful. The beds are smaller the expected but I would go back again.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy. Location is excellent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is a major problem. My linens and towels were clean. But there is obvious filth and dirt covering the walls in the rooms, elevators and and hallways. The sink and bathroom have pink mold growing in certain areas. The renovation and cleanliness is very superficial. Also would benefit from a hook in the bathroom area for hanging towels.

Though the hotel appears recently refurbished, our room had had a shower that did not drain properly and a refrigerator that was loose and falling over in the cabinet. We found what appeared to be medical waste under the sofa, pet urine in the elevator and a stray pair of sneakers by a radiator in the hallway. The staff were cordial and diligent but the place seemed clearly understaffed.

We booked a room with a queen bed. Room was very nice and clean but very small. So small that you could only get into the bed on one side the other side was up against the wall . When I had to get up to go to the bathroom I had to climb over my husband Very disappointing considering this is a Hilton Hotel.

Honestly, a really solid hotel. The restaurant was amazing, almost a little too fancy for my tastes. If you are snobby youā€™ll enjoy this spot. Pool was amazing, service was amazing. lots of nice small details that made it a true 4 star experience

Everything was great, from the bed to giant TV to pool and such. Great restaurant/bar in house. Nice. But I'll mention two minor things that were important to me and I find, in reviews, they give me a sense of the place overall. 1. Coffee. I like in-room coffee, but they have a main Bunn coffee machine for each floor. In theory, great, as it grinds the beans right there! Except our floor's didn't work. I went to another floor and got brown colored water that overflowed my cup. On a third floor I tried it made meh coffee. There is a fridge there but they don't use it, and instead had bht creamers. 2. I appreciate a complimentary breakfast, even if a simple, spare continental and coffee. Typically, I go, drink coffee, and read while my wife sleeps in. This complimentary breakfast was indicated when I looked at the listing ,but the fine print is a voucher for an in-house cafe. Fine. Except the voucher was $10 for two of us, and simple coffee started at $3.00 and most pastries were expensive, not to mention any kind of actual breakfast. We spent $22 over our voucher. Again, minor for a great stay. Five stars. I'll be back. This time I might bring my own coffeemaker, though.
