THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY HOTEL. NEW HOMEMADE CHOICES EVERY DAY! COFFEE AVAILABLE ALL DAY LONG. Check-in and Check-out was a quick breeze. Staff were awesome and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. I only have 4 complaints about my stay šŸ˜¬ and they are that 1. The Pillows were not comfortable at all, as I had to keep fluffing them up and folding it in half to get a good head/neck support, which was a not so good sleep. I will be bringing my own pillow next time. 2.The Pool, being at your own risk, should be open til Midnight if not all night. I didnā€™t get why the gym is open 24 hours but not the pool. It wouldā€™ve been nice to sit in the Jacuzzi when I couldnā€™t sleep. 3. The trolleys in the lobby to transport your luggage are of poor design, resulting in multiple trips. And last but not least, the breakfast was not great at all but sufficed.

The breakfast and pool were great, and room was fine for the cost, so I'm trying leave a balanced review. My major issue is that the pull out sofa in our room was unusable. The mattress was so bad you could feel metal coils and my son opted to sleep on the floor versus in the pull out. The staff was also less than helpful. The first guy when I called down said he "would research getting us a cot and call us back". After he didn't call back the manager at front desk told me they don't actually have cots. Then I had to call for extra pillows 3x. Posting this review in hopes management does something about the pullout in room 420 so no one else has this experience.
