Stayed here about a year ago, the hotel was dirty and in need of renovation staff was nice. Things were broken around the facility. They ran out of coffee for the rooms and had none down in the lobby the window in my room was stuck open with a 1/4 inch gap. For the price you get what you pay for

This property is a nightmare! DONā€™T STAY! Firstly, the elevator is located right inside the main entrance where no one, including the front desk staff, can see who is entering the hotel. Anyone could enter and go on the elevator and make their way through the hotel!! I find that unsafe! Check in was fine. But once we got to our room (#330), the heat/air was inoperable. We went to leave for dinner and our door wouldnā€™t lock. Called front desk, the Manager came up 20 minutes later and attempted to fix it. She couldnā€™t, so she told us that we could just leave for dinner and sheā€™d work on it. ABSOLUTELY NOT I said!! We arenā€™t leaving our personal belongings unsecured! I asked if she could put us in another room and she told me they were booked full and that wasnā€™t possible. She never came back to fix the door. I then went to the front desk, where 3 other sets of people were informing the Manager they were having issues with their rooms!! I asked if my door was going to be fixed and the Manager proceeded to tell me AGAIN that we could just leave and go to dinnerā€¦and I said thereā€™s no way Iā€™m doing that and in the rudest tone she said to me ā€œwell thatā€™s up to youā€ā€¦as if it should have been a consideration to leave our belongings in a room with a door that didnā€™t lock from the hallway!! The Manager left the front desk and only the new employee was there to serve people. Within 10 minutes HE gave me new room keys and another room! I guess they werenā€™t fully booked after all!

The room was HOT upon arrival. Heat was set at 94 degrees. The mini-fridge made tons of noise and was impossible to unplug. the hallway had not been vacuumed recently. Sheets and bathroom were clean. The price was very very high considering the quality of the room.

Good for a night...
I was surprised to see how dirty the 3rd-floor hallway was. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Our bathroom was ok, had loose faucets and the floor was a little dirty. The bed seemed a bit old as well, very bouncy, not firm and the pillows flat and cheap. Everything else was fine. We would stay there again to give it the benefit of the doubt but the price we paid wasn't worth all of the little things that we noticed that shouldn't have been.

I feel itā€™s laudable thst the State of Vermont is housing its homeless in motels. It is not laudable that I was charged $400 for one night in a space with rough, unfinished concrete halls, doors falling off the hinges (we pushed a chair in front of it to sleep, the *breakfast* was old and stale, put out for show and not meant to be eaten. This is not a space meant for travelers. In fairness, the bed was clean and staff polite. Keep driving and do not stay here.

My husband, two kids, and my parents came to visit Vermont. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. You could see it was bad from the outside, because the blinds were tangled, and the curtains for the office was open (which, the office, by the way, looked extremely disorganized). Anyway, it took so long to check in, and the manager was outside smoking, and she came in and YELLED at her employee to ā€œget the checks doneā€. Then, we went into a very well-used elevator. When we got to our rooms, it smelled awful, and the beds very small. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the windows were awful. I wouldnā€™t even let my kids swim in the pool, because it was dirty. Never again. Would rather stay in my car.

Saggy worn out mattress, otherwise fine
Average hotel room, nothing special but fine, except that the mattress majorly sagged in the middle, forcing you to fight rolling to the center of the bed all night. With a different mattress, the room would have been perfectly acceptable.

It took an hour to check in and there were only 2 people in front of me. The staff was kind but the computers were very outdated. To get into our room, you had to push with your shoulder because it was stuck - had to slam it to close it. The window in our room had a huge crack that was fixed with tape. A hole in the wall was covered with duct tape. There was nothing on the 3 dispensers in the shower. The bed felt like it was 50 years old. Even in a king sized bed, you rolled to the middle. Not sure how management thinks that this is an acceptable way to conduct business at a hotel.

I booked this hotel for my Dad and he said he had a pleasant stay and the staff was very cooperative. He also said it was clean. He is happy heā€™s staying here again in two weeks when he goes back to Vermont.

My husband and I both begged manager to adjust our reservation by one day after I realized my mistake 5 minutes after submitting. She was nasty and refused to help us. So Quality essentially stole our money.
