Cottage near Burnsville with Game House & Firepit

Come relax with the whole family at The Cottage at Chestnut Hill, a cozy getaway just outside of Downtown Burnsville. Burnsville is centrally located between Boone, NC and Asheville, NC. You are also only an hour from Johnson City TN and close to Celo Mountain and Mt. Mitchell. There are lots of things to do and see in this beautiful area!

The cottage features two porches, a separate game house, a large fire pit area, creek, smart TV, comfortable beds, modern kitchen and high speed internet.

The space:
The Cottage at Chestnut Hill includes a home, game house, 2 barns on a 1.41 acre property.
Home layout includes:
Covered front porch (2 chairs and a small table)
Laundry room (washer and dryer, shoe storage and broom closet)
Full kitchen (Fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, full sink, Keurig and regular coffee maker as well as plenty of storage and counter space)
Dining room (Table and chairs for 4 with a fireplace)
Living room (Two couches, chair, coffee table, Smart TV)
Covered side porch (Round table and 4 chairs and two rocking chairs)
Bathroom (Shower and tub)
Bedroom 1 (Adjustable queen bed, dressers and closet)
Bedroom 2 (Two single beds, closet)

Also on the property you will find a game house (we call it the "clubhouse") with a game table (board games and cards), dart board, small sized ping pong table and foosball table. Outside of the "clubhouse" is also a very comfortable fire pit with multiple chairs overlooking a small mountain stream.

Guests have complete access to the entire home and the game house which is a detached unit. There are 2 barns on the property that are not set up for guests.
Other things to note

There is an older chimney cap on top of the chimney that makes a noise when the wind blows. Just a heads up!
