I had a hotel staff member try getting in the room unannounced, while my wife and I were resting so we did not like that situation at all, we felt that getting access to our room was very easy as we didn’t have any means to lock it from the inside, and they didn’t offer a “don’t disturb “ sign.

Fabulous, large room with balcony. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to experience a Hamman arranged by reception staff andcthey also assisted by speaking with taxi drivers. Location is excelkent, right in the beart of town and close to everything. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in excellent location . It is within 5 minutes of the markets and the hustle and bustle of the city. It has main Metro and tram lines within 5 minutes of walk, linking to the main city bus station (Terminal). The hotel rooms are air conditioned and well presented. The staff were okay but not very engaging / welcoming. The breakfast was good but could be better organised with the timings. The bed is not made every day … I think you had to request this. Very Basic cleaning was done and the bath towels are well old!

Very cooperative staff. Selim was brilliant.he booked high speed train for us using his own credit card. Nazli and banu really helped and guide us at every step. Some names I don’t remember but everyone was helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is super amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is so great and the value for money makes it even more great. Thank you especially to Ibrahim who was so helpful to us and guided us on even where to go and what to do. We loved this hotel. Breakfast was not the best but for the price i think it was well worth it. Please keep up the awesome job you are doing.

The hotel and the food and the location close to everything was amazing experience. I’m gonna come back again to the same hotel. The staff and the manager was friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean. The bed is very good thank you. See you next time.
