Hello, my hotel experience was generally good. But I've also had better experiences. There was no sound insulation in my room. There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms. It would be better if there was a second elevator in the hotel. It is a disadvantage that there is only one elevator. The rooms were extremely hot and I had to cool them down by turning on the air conditioner. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the morning. The indoor car park was not at the bottom of the hotel, it was located far from the hotel and was not very easy to reach. There could have been more cheese varieties at breakfast. One cheese was sour. The bed was not very comfortable. Pillows were also too high.

Otele girişte kapıda karşılanmak ve araç parkı ile ilgilenilmesi güzeldi. Resepsiyon hizmeti yeterliydi. Oda konforlu idi. 511 nolu odanın üst klima motoru rahatsız edici tiz bir ses yapıyordu ki tesadüfen uzun süre kullanılmamaması bizi rahatlattı. Kahvaltı tatmin ediciydi, hizmet kalitesi de çok güzeldi. Kısacası çok memnun ayrıldık.

There were serious deficiencies in cleanliness and hygiene in the room. Soundproofing was almost non-existent, all the street and other room noise was inside my room. Reception staff was not polite enough. The shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom were the cheapest quality, disgraceful products, you can't even wash the dishes with them! The only good thing is the restaurant section.
