The space
The Cottage

Step into the main house and be greeted by a seamless fusion of charm and contemporary elegance. The heart of the home is the expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area with everything you'll need to self-cater with ease, while the large dining table invites guests to wine, dine and create lasting memories together.

As you move through the house, you'll find cosy living spaces that exude warmth and comfort. The snug, with its inviting wood-burning stove, is perfect for curling up with a good book or sharing stories by the warming fire. A double sofa bed is available upon request for larger groups.

The sleeping quarters are no less impressive, with four beautifully styled bedrooms that offer a haven of relaxation. Three rooms feature sumptuous king-size beds, while the fourth boasts twin beds. Meanwhile, two contemporary shower rooms, complete with sleek fixtures and luxurious touches, ensure convenience for all.

The Garden Annexe

Available from April 2025, this newly added garden annexe provides an additional haven. It features two spacious king-size bedrooms, a large living area with a games room and a shared bathroom with modern amenities. A double sofa bed is available upon request for larger groups. This private retreat is disconnected from the main house, offering flexibility and privacy.

Outside
The expansive garden promises a delightful experience. Enjoy two luxurious hot tubs with adjustable pergolas, LED lighting and weatherproof blinds for all-season relaxation. Relax with a Grind coffee to start the morning right or gather around the built-in fire pit to share stories under the stars. With ample space for outdoor games and unwinding, the garden truly elevates the experience for guests of all ages.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
