HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT STAY

The hotel location is extremely difficult to find. All taxi driver do not know the location of the hotel even after we show them the English and Korean address. We booked for three people stay for two nights and they only provided 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. The reception lobby closed at 10pm and we weren't informed. We were stranded for a long time until we got a hold of someone at the nearby convenience store to call someone. Our hotel room toilet couldn't flush properly (plugged). On the last day upon checkout, I was going to pickup my toque that I accidentally left on the lobby but we found out the lobby is closed and the hotel next door mentioned it's closed for business permanently. This caused us to miss our transportation to busan station and missed out train to Seoul. We had to buy new tickets and as the next train was full, we could only purchase standing tickets. They didn't even bother to inform us when we checked in in the afternoon that the lobby closed at 10pm and they didn't give our cards. There's not much to do around this hotel either. Disclose your hotel description more accurately!!!

Good place for a short term stay

Good safe place but it was difficult to find. The same property shares two different names with two other properties. The only negativr was that there were no cooktop. They provided cookware but there was nothing to cook with except a microwave.

Just like a home

If have heavy baggage, better use taxi from subway station haeundae, or jung dong. About $3 for taxi fare. It's perfect for us use wash machine in the room. Front desk selling detergent for wash machine by 1000 won(about $1,small package). If want cook or use laundry in the room, perfect for booking this hotel.

Nice hotel with good location

Busan is a beautiful city. The infrastructure is amazing with the many bridges that cross the city. We stayed at Haeundae Beach and enjoyed the street food and restaurants in the area. The beach itself is very crowded and although it was nice to go swimming there were too many people in the water. The Busan City Tour BUTI is a convenient way to get around the city. However we wanted to go to Gamcheon Cultural Village and had to get a separate cab from one of the BUTI stops. The Gamcheon Cultural Village was the highlight of Busan and a must see.

Very glad we chose to stay here!

We stayed at Hotel Cieldemer for two weeks and had a great time. The hotel is in a great location - just zip across the street past a few nice restaurants and stores, and you are right at Haeundae Beach! We loved walking down the beach to come home to Hotel Cieldemer after a day of exploring. The hotel in our experience is quiet and well-kept, and we felt well taken care of. We really appreciated having a small kitchen and washing machine in our room. It is not a hotel with much opportunity for mingling with other guests, but this is just an observation, not a criticism! We would certainly stay at Hotel Cieldemer again! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Comfortable, Spacious and Great Location!

Great location in the heart of Haeundae Beach with ocean and city views from the 22nd floor. We booked what turned out to be a very spacious and modern 2 bedroom 2 bath unit which was very comfortable for our group of 3. Beach access was right next door and the immediate area had many great restaurants to choose from. The hotel is very convenient and less than a 10 minute walk to the Aquarium and center of Haeundae tourist activity. This is a serviced apartment in what appeared to be 2 "hotels", the other being the "Mark of Haeundae", operating out of the same high rise building. Not an issue but something to note when first arriving and locating the correct building and lobby. There are videos on "You Tube" which helped to find the way there from the Busan Metro Haeundae Station, which was about a 15 min flat and easy stroll. Service was courteous at check in and check out and we were kindly allowed an early check in as the rood was available when we arrived. Overall a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Convenient Residence Hotel near Haeundae beach

We spent one night at Hotel Cieldemer during our trip to Busan in May. The beach was not open for swimming yet, but it was still nice to walk along the beach. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel - both traditional and trendy. The hotel is also near to Dongbaekseom/Nurimaru APEC House. It has a nice walking path around it. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with a huge refrigerator. The hotel lobby was a bit difficult to find, as two separate hotels sharing the building, and Cieldemer's one was located in the back. As we traveled with a car, the complimentary parking came handy.

Close to beach, washet dryer was a pleasant surprise. Hard to find the entrance. No maid service after 4 pm. It looks like it is half hotel, half residence. But near the beach, actually right by the beach. Great location.

Enjoyable Stay at Hotel Ciel de Mer Haeundae

Overall the hotel is good, beds are comfy. Rooms are cleaned everyday, new towels provided. Except for bath gel/shampoo, room amenities like toothbrush is available for a small fee. Service is good, fast. This is more of an apartment than a hotel which in a way is good, not too many people in the receoption. Lifts are fast. Very safe. Location - convenience stores across the reception counter at the g/f, coffee shop at the g/f serves buffet breakfast. Airport limousine bus stops in front of Paradise Hotel which is about 5 minutes walk to the the hotel. Lots of places to grab a bite within 5 minutes walk. Many taxis around the corner. The only bit of inconvenience is the distance to the subway, which is about 15 minutes walk and there is an ongoing road constructio

Roomy and comfortable

The room is spacious. It has kitchenette with alliances includiing a washing machine. The location is good. Close to everything. The staff was helpful. In overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Nice hotel

Big rooms. I had two apartments, one had to be changed because it smelled like urine. The rooms are barebone for amenities like plates, pots, pans, silverware. You have to rent them. The rooms themselves are very nice and big. Like others, it was very hard to find the entrance and parking for the hotel. If I couldn't have read Korean I would have never found it. Location is absolutely the best. Even though you are not on the beach, you are about a one minute walk from it and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Nice hotel at a great location

My experience with Hotel Cieldemer was great. I received a room that was not ready, but the staff handled it quickly. The room was spacious and everything was provided. It's not too far from Haeundae station which was very convenient. I have already recommended the place to my friends.
