Located between the holiday centres of Dunsborough and Busselton, Azure is a four-bedroom, luxury-appointed house having all the facilities you need for the perfect family holiday. Whatever interests you have you will find plenty to do, this is an area which has something for everyone. You can relax by the beach, or in your holiday home. Another option is to take advantage of the stunning pool and tennis court. All the incredible restaurants, wineries and art galleries of the area are conveniently close, with many varied activities available.
This stunning holiday home is spread across three levels. There is extensive indoor/outdoor living on the ground level with a full modern kitchen, internal living and dining area, flowing outdoor to a BBQ and pizza oven, and outdoor dining in your own private back yard. On level two, there are three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms share an ensuite. Also, on level two is our Master Suite, which is a large bedroom, with its own seating and TV area, separate ensuite (including large spa bath), and private balcony. On level three is another large master bedroom, opening to a further comfortable lounge seating area, with TV, separate bathroom, toilet, and also opening out on to a large balcony with a dining table and additional outdoor seating.
The Azure holiday house is located at 700 Caves Road, Dunsborough, Western Australia, between Dunsborough and Busselton. This is right in the centre of the Margaret River region. Our accommodation is part of the Wyndham Resort and Spa complex, and Azure guests have full use of all of the Resort facilities. Driving time from Perth is around 90-120 minutes. This makes Azure a convenient drive from Perth for that luxury long weekend.
Inside there are two generous indoor living spaces. The main living area on the ground floor incorporates a contemporary kitchen (with seating at the kitchen bar), indoor dining and living room. The living room is equipped with a television and a gas-fired fireplace. This creates a comfortable living space with everything needed to keep the whole family entertained.
In addition, the third-floor master suite has a separate living area with its own television. This gives guests additional privacy when desired, as well as providing everyone with the space they need. The third-floor also has a large balcony with wide ocean views, a dining table and comfortable deck chairs.
On the second floor, the Master Suite also has a private seating area and its own television.
Reverse cycle air conditioning operates throughout the whole house, with individual controllers on each level. This ensures everyone is comfortable any time of the year.
There are three levels containing four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the second-floor and one on the third-floor. On the second-floor, one bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. These two can be made into a King.
For a small fee a baby cot can be arranged in advance if you need one. All bedrooms have large wardrobes, with significant additional storage space for your luggage. All linen and towels are provided.
The Main Suite on the second-floor has its own full ensuite including large spa bath, to ensure your privacy and comfort.
The second-floor has another separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
The third-floor master suite has its own living area plus a separate toilet and main bathroom.
Additionally, there is a separate toilet located on the ground floor.
Dining options at Azure are many. Indoor: The main dining area on the ground-floor has a large dining table that seats eight. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, and high chairs can be supplied.
Outdoor: There are two outdoor dining options. On the ground-floor there is a large BBQ, a pizza oven (Cooler months only), and a large dining table that can seat six. On the third-floor, there is also a table seating six, along with comfortable outdoor chairs.
A contemporary kitchen in your holiday apartment is fitted out with an oven, stovetop and microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Therefore, you can wake up in the morning and make yourself a cup of coffee with the plunger, or make some toast. Whatever you wish to cook or eat, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans, crockery and utensils that you need. As you can see, all your needs are catered for, whether you want to cook for yourself, go to a restaurant or order in.
There is a separate laundry room with a tub, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron. Additional cleaning equipment is also in the laundry. As you can see, your holiday accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need.
Guests have access to all the facilities of the Wyndham Resort, right next door. These facilities include a magnificent swimming pool, outdoor spa pool, gym to work out in and table tennis table. In addition, there are bicycles for adults and children and you can even take out a sea kayak to the very safe and stunning white sand beach that extends for kilometres in both directions. There is also a playground to keep your children entertained. Pool opening and closing times are controlled by the resort. Beach towels are not provided by the resort, you will need to bring your own. The tennis courts are available for use. Please use white-soled shoes. Bikes, skateboards and scooters are not permitted on the tennis court. BYO tennis racquets and balls.
Wyndham Resort has a highly regarded spa and beauty clinic, so you can treat yourself or your significant other. The Resort has an excellent restaurant that provides breakfast and dinner at an extra charge.
Please note there is construction in progress on this street. There is parking for 2x cars in the garage. All other cars must be parked in the overflow parking at the front of the resort.
This property includes all linen and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
