'Barefoot on the Bay' - Beachfront resort apartment

Our apartment in Cape View Resort is located right on the beach in Broadwater, Busselton. Quiet and relaxing, it is 5 minutes from town, with its many shops and restaurants, as well as the iconic Busselton Jetty. Guests have complete access to the outdoor pool, the indoor heated pool, the hot tub, the sauna, the gym, the games room the playground and the outdoor BBQ areas. Just 30 minutes from the Margaret River wine region, it's the perfect place to take in the beauty of our coastline and to explore the Margaret River region. Wifi and Netflix are also included, for when you want to sit and relax! :)

*PLEASE NOTE that due to circumstances beyond our control, the common areas (spa, sauna, gym, pools, games room) are currently CLOSED. Please check back for updates on when these areas will re-open. Thanks for your understanding.

From booking to check out it was a plessure!
Estelle was friendly to deal with. The property was clean, welcoming & had beautiful decor & all that you need available. A lovely welcome board & timtams greeted us as we entered the unit, which was anice suprise! Loved everything! The only negative was that you needed to drive for restaurants or shops however that is only a slight negitive as the unit was fully equipt for cooking if you didn't want to drive. Lovely beach & beach walk right behind unit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

21st Birthday at Cape View Beach Resort
Estelle was a great host and was wonderful at getting back to messages quickly. Overall was a great little weekend away. Neighbours were nice and not noisy. Good space for the 3 of us girls. The place was clean and we had all the things we needed. I did have a missing towel but estelle went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. We did find that there was an odd smell in the fridge. We loved our stay in busselton ! Thank you so much Estelle.

Loved the location and amenities. The home is so close to both the beach and the pools playground and bbq area and still has some privacy. The beach is beautiful and the home and grounds are well looked after. The home was very well equipped we loved all the extras that were provided. Only downfall was the lack of crockery and utensils for our toddlers. We struggled to find something to feed them with, without damaging their lovely crockery. Next time we’ll remember to bring stuff for them. We would definitely love to come again. Well all had an amazing few days away. Thank you

Home by the Beach
This property is ideal, located in a private corner of the resort and a hop, step and jump to the beach. It is well equipped with lots of special touches to make it feel homely like candles, beautiful cushions and luxurious bath mats. It even has beach chairs and an umbrella. Estelle is an extremely helpful host; she went the extra mile to ensure help us rebook after a COVID lockdown. Highly recommended.

Above Expectations - Very Pleasant Stay
Estelle is the best and pleasant host as she thinks of the smallest little details like condiments, bath salts, extra throws even glad wrap! Comfortable beds, amazing jacuzzi bath tub along with all amenities/toiletries and modern entertainment provided (ie. Netflix). Every corner is impeccably clean. The beautiful beach is just a stone’s throw away. Definitely will be back. Thank you so much Estelle!
