Walking through the front door, you are welcomed by an entrance full of light. To your left you will find the huge master king bedroom with walk in robe and then moving through into the en-suite complete with his & hers sink.
On the right hand side wing you will find a further 3 bedrooms. A queen room boasting en-suite with another queen room opposite. Moving down the hallway you will find bedroom 4 and 5 both housing singles. In between these rooms sits the large main family bathroom again with double sink, separate shower and even a bath.
The kitchen comes complete with all mod cons. Remember to bring some ground coffee to use in the coffee machine for that morning pick me up! With 2 large dining tables seating 10 each, enjoy your family meals either alfresco style or inside for the cooler nights. For the adults, enjoy sitting in the lounge area with a book or even with your favourite tipple discussing the days events. Perhaps someone got a high score whilst playing golf?! For the kids, let them relax in the separate TV area after frolicking in the pool all day or perhaps they may be worn out from the skate park which is just around the corner from the house?! Log into your Netflix or Stan account on the smart TV so they can chill out watching movies for the evening. There is even a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cosy in the winter time.

The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. To comply with City of Busselton noise regulations, there is an active 24 hour noise monitoring device installed at this property. The device does not record individual conversations. If noise levels are exceeded, it alerts Exclusive Escapes. Excessive noise will result in a forfeit of your bond.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
