Stepping inside, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan living area that combines the lounge, dining, and kitchen into a comfortable and functional space. The main lounge area features two large sofas and a smart TV, making it a great spot to relax after a day out exploring. A second TV area provides additional space for kids or guests to unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, large fridge, and plenty of bench space. A breakfast bar with four bright red stools adds a casual dining option, while the indoor dining table comfortably seats eight, creating an inviting space for meals together.
Outside, the covered alfresco area overlooks the 4th tee of the golf course and provides a shaded space to enjoy meals, featuring a large timber dining table and a BBQ. The fenced backyard includes a swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days, as well as a lawn area for children to run around. Families will also appreciate the nearby skate park and playground, perfect for keeping little ones entertained.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite with double sinks. Two queen bedrooms, one with its own ensuite, offer extra comfort, while two additional bedrooms contain single beds, making them perfect for the kids. A main family bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and double vanity for added convenience.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $249. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
