The undercover alfresco area is ideal for all year outdoor entertaining.

Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, the master bedroom located at the front of the house comes with a queen bed and is comfortable yet spacious with its own semi-ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom comes with 2 sets of bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped and also additionally has dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is reverse cycle air conditioning ducted throughout the home making comfortable for all in the summer and winter months, and there is additional TV room, perfect if the kids want to watch a movie in private.

The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

*Please note there is an outdoor fireplace that is available for use during the winter months only. There are total fire bans during summer, spring and autumn. Fire wood is not supplied for the outdoor fireplace. If you would like to use it, firewood is available for purchase from the local service stations. (City of Busselton regulations: fire pit can not be used during the months of October to May, on any long weekends or during fire bans, or when the fire Danger Rating is Very High or above. Fire Danger Ratings are available on the DFES website.)
