Marshall En Pointe is located in the quiet family neighbourhood of Quindalup, just a 4 minute stroll from the beautiful waters of Quindalup Beach. This property is perfectly set out and equipped for two families to comfortably share a relaxing beach holiday together which is fully air conditioned throughout. Featuring a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, the living room opens out onto a covered alfresco area overlooking the garden, perfect for lunches or cooking a BBQ. The master suite has a walk-in robe, ensuite, separate toilet and the added comfort of a King Bed with ducted air-conditioning. For convenience a desk is provided to help you take care of any remote work that can’t be avoided. The master suite also overlooks the rear garden with its own sliding door access.
In the middle of the house, there is a large games room, a perfect separate living area for the kids to hang out, play board games or watch a movie. Bedroom 2 contains a king-single bunk bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both large and fitted with king beds, meaning no couple needs to compromise and take the “smaller” bed. The fifth bedroom has 2 x king single bunk beds with plenty of room left over for bean bags and a window seat for kids to chillout. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have standing fans and heaters for guest use if desired. Everything has been thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible when sharing with another family, including ample storage, large beds, tables and couches, additional stools and bean bags to move around, mirrors and additional towel hooks in every bedroom and even little things like bedside lamps to enjoy a great book if you haven’t finished it at the beach.
Situated just 350m from the beach, it is an easy walk for a swim or to go fishing. There is a bike path that runs all the way into Dunsborough town along the foreshore, or if you’re feeling really energetic, go the other way all the way to Busselton! Dunsborough town itself is only a 1.6km walk away through the peaceful backstreets. It is close enough to walk or ride your bikes into town in the morning for coffee and breakfast, or use it as a base to go further afield to the award-winning wineries, restaurants, and breweries of the Margaret River region. With some of the best beaches on your doorstep, Marshall En Pointe is the perfect family home to use as your holiday base.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Excessive noise will result in the forfeit of your bond.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
