Maybrook - Exclusive Escapes

This is an open, modern, single level holiday home which comprises of four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps eight.

The master bedroom is adorned with a King size bed, and a large modern en-suite consisting of a bath and a large shower. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a slightly smaller en-suite, whilst bedroom 3 and four are equipped with two singles each and are serviced by the family bathroom. All four bedrooms are beautifully carpeted and have their own reverse cycle air conditioning unit.

The main family room consists of a seating area set around a 55 LED TV, and the wonderfully appointed kitchen.

Cook up a storm on the Induction cooktop and electric oven, using the more than adequate workspace. Or if you fancy chilling with a coffee, you can use the built in Siemens built in coffee machine.

On those lovely sunny days, you can open up the huge sliding doors to let the outside in, enjoy the BBQ and the large 8 seater outdoor table.

In addition to the 55 TV, you also have a separate theatre room complete with 65 Samsung curved LED TV, where you can enjoy your favourite movie. Or if TV is not what you are in the mood for, why not compete for bragging rights at table tennis - located in the garage.

Along with the bedrooms, all other rooms are heated or cooled with their own separate reverse cycle air conditioning units.

In addition, you can stay warm in those winter months using the indoor gas fireplace, or even sit around the fire pit outside. (The firepit cannot be used between the months of November and May due to local fire restrictions)

You are only a five minute drive to the magnificent Meelup Beach, or in the other direction to Dunsborough town centre.

Please note that Wifi in this area can be intermittent during busy times of the year.

It was such a lovely getaway, with a huge house that can cater for so many people and families and friends. Loved the gaming touch in the garage as well as the spacious living and dining areas for all to sit around and chat.

I had the best time at Maybrook. I stayed with my mates down south for an unofficial birthday celebration and we had an overall perfect time. The house has a perfect layout and we enjoyed all the ammenities, the only thing is that we weren’t aware the large tv in the living room wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big deal as we had the other large TV. Would definitely recommend for a good and relaxing stay in a beautiful home!!

Great location, beautiful house
Over all a very good stay. The house is in a great location close to beaches, shops and everything else Dunsborough has to offer. We enjoyed the wildlife with many species of birds, and kangaroos visiting the property daily. Pre-trip communication with the property manager was a bit challenging at times, but once we arrived everything went smoothly.

Amazing quiet location, close to everything!
We came down to celebrate a special occasion with another couple & our 2year old for 5 days, and this home was perfect for everyone! Both couples could maintain their privacy when downtime was needed (2 ensuite rooms, 2 sitting areas in the evening). Everything you could possibly be coming down for is within 15minutes or less distance. Plenty of access for walking / bike riding. Quiet street. Clean and well presented home; would happily book repeatedly.

A beautiful house in a perfect location. Close enough to Dunsborough to go get the little things but tucked away enough you fill you’re in the Forrest and a 5min drive to Meelup Beach. A Gas Fire place and a outside fire pit made our little winter holiday just that extra little bit special.

perfect family holiday home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children between 2 and 7. The children loved racing around, playing hide and seek. It was a great house for the winter as it was very spacious. The kids loved the table tennis and toasting marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. The bubble baths were also a hit. The only downside was arriving to find the built in coffee machine had been taken for servicing, the games cubpoard was also probably not worth having as most pieces were very jumbled or missing. Over all we would stay again : )

House was incredible, massing location. Bbq was very dirty so bit disappointing. Bathrooms need bath mats, a few of us nearly slipped a couple times. Overall stay was beautiful. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

A lovely large house, all on one level, which suited us as we had age groups from 89- 1 year! It was cold and stormy part of our stay so really appreciated having heating in all the bedrooms and living areas. It's a beautiful spacious home with great modern appliances if you want to cook in as we did. Set in a lovely forest area just outside Dunsborough, only 3 mins away from town centre .
