The fully equipped kitchen features a gas hob, oven, and all the basic cookware and crockery needed for home-cooked meals. A breakfast bar with handcrafted wooden stools connects the space to the dining area, which flows onto the enclosed BBQ balcony—an entertainer’s dream with a built-in grill and seating to enjoy meals with uninterrupted ocean views. The wraparound balcony offers multiple spots to unwind—whether it's sunbathing on a lounger, enjoying an afternoon read, or simply watching the waves roll in, then a separate enclosed outdoor entertaining area further expands the living space.
The primary bedroom offers a serene retreat with a king-size bed and garden views, while the second bedroom features a cosy queen bed. Upstairs, the loft-style sleeping area has a queen and two single beds beneath exposed beams, creating a charming hideaway. Two well-appointed bathrooms with showers, along with two separate toilets, provide convenience for the group.
Internal washing machine and dryer, and undercover parking are available.
Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $245. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
Firewood is provided during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
