Tranquil Waters is the perfect name for this quintessential Quindalup beach house. Located on Geographe Bay Road just a small strip of Reserve separates you from the shimmering white sands and aquamarine waters. Only 6 km from the Dunsborough town centre ( perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee) the property is ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the Quindalup and Old Dunsborough swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.
Tranquil Waters is the best location for those who appreciate the long stretch of sandy beach and expanse of water perfect for jetskiing, boating, crabbing and fishing as the main boat ramp is located just 750m away. The property has a wide unobstructed driveway and access to the rear yard to park / store boats or trailers or other beach toys during your stay. There is also a mooring available for guest to park their boat directly in front of the property.
The main living, dining and kitchen is upstairs and accesses the spacious covered timber decked alfresco which offers delightful water glimpses through the trees. An outdoor setting and BBQ makes this the perfect chill out zone at the end of a fabulous beach (or winery tour) day. Downstairs is another sitting / TV room that services the adjacent bedrooms.
The kitchen includes gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living and master bedroom provides easy and efficient climate control and the cosy wood fire provides creates beautiful ambience and warming on those cool nights.
