Walking into Sandcastles, you will immediately notice the light and spacious feel, enriched with its solid wooden floors. You enter the front door to the downstairs living area, ideal for use as a kids retreat while you relax upstairs. To the left of the living area, you will find the well sized and roomy kitchen appointed with Electric oven & cooktop, and separate fridge & freezer. Just next to the kitchen is the first dining area with seating for six. To the other end of the house are two bedrooms, the first with a tri-bunk and a single and the third bedroom with a bunk and one single. The family bathroom is located between these bedrooms.
On entering upstairs you will find another spacious living area, with combustion heater for those cool winter evenings. There is also a further dining table, again seating six, and a kitchenette with bar fridge, a microwave and washing up facilities.
The master bedroom is situated to the right, and includes an en-suite bathroom and large walk in robe. You can gain access to the balcony from the master bedroom by its own door, and also from bi-fold doors in the living area, which can be opened wide to let the outside in.
There are three separate reverse cycle air conditioners, one in each living area with the third located in the master bedroom.
With ample seating on the balcony and a gas barbeque to cook dinner or supper, imagine yourself relaxing on those warm summer evenings with a glass of wine discussing the adventures of the day.
The backyard is fully fenced and ideal for your little ones and furry-friend to play safely all stay long. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
