Sea Vista - Exclusive Escapes

It is a privately owned holiday home managed by Exclusive Escapes and has direct access through manicured gardens to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay.

Spend your days fishing and swimming in the sparkling waters at your doorstep, or head out to enjoy the many attractions and activities that Busselton and the Margaret River Region offer. From wineries and cafes to adventure activities for the whole family, this is the perfect base for your next getaway. If you are looking for a cosy winter getaway, this will also suit as you can relax with a bottle of red wine and enjoy the indoor gas fireplace.

Sea Vista House is set up to cater for groups with children or extended family gatherings. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their own en-suite. The first three bedrooms are located on the first floor and have queen-sized beds and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom with double bed is privately located on the second floor and has its own private retreat with TV and airconditioned lounge for parents or to keep the kids happy.

The main living area is on the ground floor and features a combined kitchen, dining and large living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to cook a delicious meal for all your guests, Nespresso coffee machine and all the kitchen cutlery and utensils required. There is both an indoor and outdoor dining area to allow you the space and options of where you would like to relax and eat your meals. The outdoor dining area is particularly spectacular in the afternoons and warm summer evenings as the sun slips behind Cape Naturaliste.

Being a part of the Sebel resort, you have the option to enjoy many of their facilities free of charge, which includes a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool (please note they do not supply the towels), tennis courts and games room for the children and big kids at heart. Please bring your own pool towels, these are not provided by the resort.

Stilts Restaurant is located less than a five-minute walk along the beach path and boasts some of the best food and service in the area.

Please note there is a garage at the property that can accommodate 2 cars. Any other cars or vehicles will need to be parked in guest parking at the resort. Access to the property is through the resort's main entrance at reception and please note that there is only space enough for two cars at the property, although there is more parking available off-site close by.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Beautiful property, but....
We were delighted with the property and really enjoyed our stay. However, manegment contacted us afte our stay accusing of damge to chairs, carpet and bedside table. We are adamant that we did none of this. My advice would be to inspect house on arrival and let mangement know if you see anything wrong. Such a shame to have had our experience dampened by this.

Excellent property in a superb location
A beautiful property in a quiet and scenic corner of the Sebel resort. Excellent kitchen appliances and equipment and quality glassware. Very close walking distance to Tonic on the Beach/Toast Office and the local IGA supermarket and other shops. We had only one car, so the garage space was OK, but this could possibly be tricky with two large vehicles. We enjoyed our stay, but will probably not return to this property, as the stairs proved too much for my husband's knees. Pity!

The location of the holiday home is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the resort facilities. The home is a great size for up to 8 people (4 couples). Booking was easy. The holiday home was clean and well kept, but some areas could use a deeper clean, shower heads, flyscreens and fan vents but that didn't affect our lovely holiday 🙂 thank you for a wonderful stay

Everything about this property was great. Having a bathroom in every room was a big plus. Great being so close to the beach for sunrise swims. Little cafe next door was for our morning coffees. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again

We had a great stay. We were in Busselton for a family wedding and wanted every couple to have there own bathroom and air-conditioning so we choose this property. It worked amazing for 4 couples with great outdoor space and excellent facilities.
