It is a privately owned holiday home managed by Exclusive Escapes and has direct access through manicured gardens to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay.

If you are looking for a cosy winter getaway, this will also suit as you can relax with a bottle of red wine and enjoy the indoor gas fireplace.
Sea Vista House is set up to cater for groups with children or extended family gatherings. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their own en-suite. The first three bedrooms are located on the first floor and have queen-sized beds and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom with double bed is privately located on the second floor and has its own private retreat with TV and airconditioned lounge for parents or to keep the kids happy.
The main living area is on the ground floor and features a combined kitchen, dining and large living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to cook a delicious meal for all your guests, Nespresso coffee machine and all the kitchen cutlery and utensils required. There is both an indoor and outdoor dining area to allow you the space and options of where you would like to relax and eat your meals. The outdoor dining area is particularly spectacular in the afternoons and warm summer evenings as the sun slips behind Cape Naturaliste.
Being a part of the Sebel resort, you have the option to enjoy many of their facilities free of charge, which includes a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool (please note they do not supply the towels), tennis courts and games room for the children and big kids at heart. Please bring your own pool towels, these are not provided by the resort.
Stilts Restaurant is located less than a five-minute walk along the beach path and boasts some of the best food and service in the area.
Please note there is a garage at the property that can accommodate 2 cars. Any other cars or vehicles will need to be parked in guest parking at the resort. Access to the property is through the resort's main entrance at reception and please note that there is only space enough for two cars at the property, although there is more parking available off-site close by.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
