Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.
Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets to be left unattended at any time. No parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 10 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
