The light & airy master bedroom is at the rear of the house and offers private en-suite facilities, built-in wardrobes & direct access outdoors to the backyard via glass sliding doors. This clever configuration allows you to reside totally in this half of the home if so desired.
The Southern wing of the property is connected by the central entrance breezeway & provides wonderful separation to the guest or children’s bedrooms, plus the main bathroom and fully appointed laundry that easily services the kids or guests.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen sized bed, and there is a separate living/ TV area for the children. All the double sized bedrooms & living area enjoy direct access outdoors to the central, paved rear entertaining zone. You can use this area to enjoy family eating outdoors, or just relax in the beautiful enclosed garden. The enormous backyard is fully fenced with manicured garden beds & hedges plus huge lawn areas perfect for the kids and your well-behaved dog to play on. You are welcome to bring your dog, but all dogs must stay outside the home. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking.
If it is a more physical holiday you are after, There are 2 adult bikes available to explore Dunsborough town or ride to the beach, and if you are a golfer you are within walking distance to the clubhouse and facilities of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club.
This property is less than a 10-minute walk into the Dunsborough Town Centre and beach, where you can enjoy all that this beautiful town has to offer. Shopping, café’s and pubs are plentiful. You are also within easy driving distance to all the award-winning wineries of Margaret River, or one of the many tour operators will pick you up from your front door for a day in the vineyards tasting and eating fine produce.
