The Enclave - Exclusive Escapes

Situated in a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac in the sought after location of "The Enclave Estate", this holiday home is within easy walking distance to Town & Playing Fields and has the exclusive use of the Estates private tennis court.

The spacious open plan living area & kitchen area perfectly combines soaring raked ceilings with an informal living environment that allows the inside to flow outside with ease. The front under roof timber decked alfresco area enjoys wonderful easterly vistas over manicured lawns to the tennis court & courtside gazebo next door. You are welcome to use the tennis court at any time, you may even encounter a local tournament with the neighbouring holiday makers!

The light & airy master bedroom is at the rear of the house and offers private en-suite facilities, built-in wardrobes & direct access outdoors to the backyard via glass sliding doors. This clever configuration allows you to reside totally in this half of the home if so desired.

The Southern wing of the property is connected by the central entrance breezeway & provides wonderful separation to the guest or children’s bedrooms, plus the main bathroom and fully appointed laundry that easily services the kids or guests.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen sized bed, and there is a separate living/ TV area for the children. All the double sized bedrooms & living area enjoy direct access outdoors to the central, paved rear entertaining zone. You can use this area to enjoy family eating outdoors, or just relax in the beautiful enclosed garden. The enormous backyard is fully fenced with manicured garden beds & hedges plus huge lawn areas perfect for the kids and your well-behaved dog to play on. You are welcome to bring your dog, but all dogs must stay outside the home. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking.

If it is a more physical holiday you are after, There are 2 adult bikes available to explore Dunsborough town or ride to the beach, and if you are a golfer you are within walking distance to the clubhouse and facilities of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club.

This property is less than a 10-minute walk into the Dunsborough Town Centre and beach, where you can enjoy all that this beautiful town has to offer. Shopping, café’s and pubs are plentiful. You are also within easy driving distance to all the award-winning wineries of Margaret River, or one of the many tour operators will pick you up from your front door for a day in the vineyards tasting and eating fine produce.

Wonderful house Incredible Service
I recently stayed at the Enclave for a few nights, i needed something big enough for my family including our dog. This properly is incredibly spacious and well maintained, it is in an Excellent location and the service is impeccable. As i was down for work commitments but wanted to also take the opportunity to have a few days to relax with the family the length of our stay kept extending, the team was incredibly efficient in getting back to my last minute request and always happy to help. Thank you for making what could have been very stressful very relaxing and enjoyable.

Lovely, comfortable home in a very quiet location with a large backyard for the dog and outside sitting areas. Beautifully situated for accessing the beaches, bakeries, wineries and eateries in the region. It rained, showers, but we were still able to walk the dog twice a day with easy access to a reserve. Loved it!

Beautiful serene place
Private and quiet house. Well presented and clean. With 4 kids it was excellent having the tennis court to use. Suggest advertising that you have supplied tennis rackets. Would also use a wifi extender for back room as kids are in heaven if they have wifi in bed. Rest of the house had excellent wifi. Loved our stay, thanks.

What a beautiful place to stay in Dunsborough. Perfect location, close to everywhere you need to go for everything. Quiet place to relax. Huge backyard and well looked after garden with a bonus tennis court just in front of the house. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to be able to come back here again 💛

Quiet location and fabulous property
Clean and well set-up and set-out property in a lovely quiet location, with the bonus of a tennis court right next door. Beautiful gardens and huge green grassed backyard for playing backyard cricket. Would definitely stay here again.
