Prepare meals effortlessly in the fully equipped kitchen, where vibrant green cabinetry adds a refreshing contrast to the wooden interiors. The dining area, featuring an elegant eight-seater table, is perfect for shared meals and engaging conversations. Outdoors, there is a trampoline for kids and a fire pit for evening gatherings.

The three bedrooms are thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite with a shower, and direct access to the expansive deck that wraps around the house. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom is tailored for children, furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. The second bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate toilet for extra practicality.

Free parking on-site and laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, ensure a seamless stay. Firewood is supplied during the colder months, with extra available at local stores.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $231. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
