This sleek five-bedroom retreat is set high in the Yallingup Hills, with breathtaking views across the trees and grape vines, down to a picturesque dam. Sit on the spacious terrace in the morning and watch a family of kangaroos bounding across the rear of the property. Listen to native birds singing in the vegetation above you. Curl up on the comfortable outdoor sofa with a book or grab a deckchair as you take in the afternoon breeze and feel a sense of peace and tranquility.
Tonic is ideal for families, boasting five comfortable bedrooms, including a deluxe master suite with king-sized four poster bed (with ceiling fan) and luxurious bathroom in one wing of the house.
On the other side, past the spacious living area which has a reverse cycle air conditioner, are three further bedrooms, including a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a chalkboard wall. There are also two attractive bedrooms with QS beds, and all feature picture windows looking out onto the native bushland. This wing of the house also boasts a second living area with a TV and Wii, and plenty of toys, games and books to keep the family entertained.
The family-sized resort-style bathroom features a spa bath with garden views and a large walk-in shower.
There’s also a study area with a desk.
The fifth bedroom is a beautifully appointed separate self-contained studio (air conditioned) with its own ensuite bathroom and TV. Make yourself a cup of tea to sip in the QS bed or grab a cold drink from the bar fridge as you take in the magical views from the studio across the property and down to the adjacent dam. The studio has its own split system air conditioner.
Prefer to listen to music while you relax? The living area has a Sonos speaker system which you can connect to via wi-fi, and there is free wi-fi throughout the house.
Tonic has a well-equipped kitchen with Corian benchtops, a walk-in pantry and all the tools you need to cook delicious meals and snacks. Get your morning caffeine fix with the Nespresso machine, whip up a smoothie or a cocktail in the blender, or prepare a gourmet feast. There’s a gas hob, electric oven and microwave.
If you’d like to enjoy your meal outside, there are two alfresco options to choose from. You can take your cheese platter and wine and sit outside on the built-in picnic table, next to this area is a large fire pit, where you can toast marshmallow. Fancy a BBQ or a wood-fired pizza? Then head to the deck at the front of the house, this area is fully enclosable in winter, with café blinds that keep in the warmth of the oven and BBQ. (Pizza oven can only be used when fire conditions allow. Not to be used from 31st October - 1st May each year due to fire restrictions)
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
